The hotel is very cosy and with a beautiful landscaping. It’s close to everything and with amazing views to the fairy chimneys and balloons. The room is beautiful and very well decorated. The breakfast options and the lunch/dinner are great. The staff are very nice. The only down thing was the dirtiness and bad smell from the cats and dogs on the cushions outside because of that we could just sit down for a quick photo instead of relax and enjoy the views.

The location is fantastic, great restaurants near by walking distance and a MUST see balloon sunrise view point aswell walking distance. Rooms have a fusion touch of rock and modern touch to it. The service! One of the best I have experienced; from welcome drinks and assisting you with tours or any miscellaneous info you require. Staff have a warm smile and welcoming attitude! Felt at home from the start! Other hotels are in the town where its quite inconvenient and noisy but Hera gives you your privacy and relaxation that is a must after a long day! The breakfast they serve is a must! A diverse range of local cheese and olives , bread to pastries fruits and especially Kaymak and honey comb! You cannot go wrong! Wifi ofcourse available, welcoming cats is a plus! You can store your luggage with them after you check out before you leave for your flight. I've said enough and there isn't more to explain why I recommended Hera Cave suites! Thank you all at Hera Cave Suites!

We stayed in Goreme for five days, and this was the most enjoyable scenic spot and hotel for us. 1. The hotel is located in a place with the most hot air balloons. In the morning, you can go up to the hotel balcony and watch the sky full of hot air balloons. When you go out of the hotel and walk for five minutes to the left, you can also chase and watch the hot air balloons taking off and landing. 2. The hotel is located in the middle of various attractions in Cappadocia. The far attractions in the east, west, north and south are about a 10-minute drive from the hotel and about an hour's walk. For example, Cappadocia National Park is the Elf Chimney, Pigeon Valley and Utopia mentioned on the Internet. Chisisar Castle, etc. 3. The old hotel has a great taste and atmosphere, and the facilities and services are old-fashioned, comfortable, clean and elegant. 4. The hotel's breakfast is very rich, with basically all Turkish food available (except for the barbecue dinner). 5. The hotel is located in the Goreme transportation hub (that is, buses and minibuses) and a ten-minute walk from restaurants. If you take the bus out of Kapa, ​​you need to take the minibus to the attractions in Kapa. 6. The WiFi signal in the hotel lobby is good, but the accommodation is poor.

Came across this hotel through a random search, but must say it was a very successful search. The place is really well managed, the staff is really good and the way they treat the customers is commendable. We had a room on the bottom floor which was nice. Well connected to the main areas, within walking distance from all the main areas. The breakfast was great, views of the hot air balloons were worth every penny and the stay was amazing. If in Goreme, please do visit them.

Is like in the picture. beautiful key centered location, great breackfast buffet, all tasty and fresh. Clean, nice director/reception, improvable the attendants of the buffet, a little rude, once I asked a cola for breackfast, they scolded me, I paid 700 euro to be here, if I want a box of cola u just give it to me, or charge me, no comment needed. Junior Suite looked less fancy than Superior Room I must say, the wood roof was not really cool like the rock cealing. Prayer time is pretty loud, insulation can be improved. Beautiful balcony (the common one). My room Balcony was on top of the entrance stairs, not really a balcony duh. Apart this two details all good. Good value for money.

Located near the city center The mattress is cave-style but newly built, clean, spacious room, large bathroom with hot water ready. The toilet has a Turkish-style butt spray. The breakfast is quite plentiful. There are boiled eggs and omelets to eat every day. There is a rooftop with a good view.

Although there are many cave hotels in Cappadocia, I didn't think I'd be stepping on any toes when I inadvertently chose this one. The room facilities are not bad, but the weather is a bit cold, as cave hotels basically do not have air conditioning, so you should be aware of that. But it should be heated in colder weather, the hotel has a very good view, breakfast a sleep and the facilities are very new. The owner will be very good at chatting and can be approached to book various items. 是卡帕多奇亚旅行非常值得的一家旅店，虽然这边的洞穴酒店非常多，但是我在无意之中选择了这一家没想到并不踩雷。房间设施还不错，就是天气有一点冷，因为洞穴酒店基本都没有空调，这一点大家要注意。不过天气更冷的时候应该是有暖气的，酒店的景色非常好，早餐一觉，设施也非常新。老板会很擅长聊天，可以找老板预定各种项目。

I should start by saying we arrived early by bus to Gorëme around 7h45 am. Our checking was later but we were greeted m.Mehmet. He was welcoming and offered us to go up at their terrasse and enjoy breakfast untill our room was ready. He offered us drinks and made us feel so welcomed and at home. Once we arrived at the terrasse we were completely charmed. The view was absolutely breathtaking. M. Mehmet always kind and attentive to each and every need was sweet to organize for us a tour of the fairy chimneys and also a balloon ride at a very decent price. He didn't insist for us to take anything he was just happy to help. Our room was spacious and so well decorated. The place is charming. Breakfast is amazingly good and very generous on the terrasse and everybody that works there was always offering tea or coffee whenever we were there. We didn't want to leave the place is charming, you get a beautiful view of the air balloons in the morning and the city light at night.overall a perfect place to stay and the people working there make it even better. You are right at the center of everything. Thank you all gor making our trip so enjoyable and memorable. I will return here for sure.
