The room, bathroom is clean and smells fresh. It has windows so the fresh air came in ❤️
Breakfast is various, most important it’s delicious! Madam and her kids cooked it herself 🥰 feels like home
The location is near to everywhere, to supermarket and cafes and to balloon ride places.
The hotel itself has open rooftop which we can see the hot air balloon every morning, beautiful!
I’m really impressed with the staff/owner, they’re really polite and kind to us foreigners 🥰

The breakfast very good taste. But if you want go there, make sure the air balloon fligth. Don't like us today very bad day because from 3 days ago the balloon not flight.

Very poor, very poor character ratio, breakfast starts at 8:30, small portions, few varieties, many things are not fresh, indoor items are very worn out

Facilities: generally really unfriendly, check-out time is very early
Hygiene: General is really very general
Environment: You can have breakfast with a view on the terrace on the third floor, but you can only eat breakfast at 8:30
Service: Very dissatisfied, the receptionist at the front desk is unreliable, pretending to understand and misleading the flight time of the hot air balloon. Canceling the time delays our best chance to see the hot air balloon

Here you are literally in the middle of the city of Göreme, which was literally carved into the volcanic rock. The hotel is in the Goreme Open Air Museum National Park, a huge world heritage site...You can get a great picture of Kapadokya from the terrace. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. Lovely again.
