I rarely write reviews for hotels. The reason for writing reviews for this hotel is that I experienced the most frightening night in my life and met the kindest people here. Before checking in to the hotel, we drove to Chaka Salt Lake by ourselves, passing through the snow-capped mountains. I was excited and wandered around the snow-capped mountains in single clothes for a long time. As a result, I found myself on the way back to the hotel. I didn't feel particularly uncomfortable at first, until about 11:50 in the evening, I began to feel panic and shortness of breath. I was very helpless and my family was at a loss. So I called the hotel front desk. Manager Fang, the manager on duty that night, helped me contact the nearest hospital clinic. While waiting for 120, she kept pushing my back to smooth my breath and preparing hot water for me. She was worried that I would catch a cold again when I went out and aggravate my condition. She gave me her down jacket and accompanied me to the hospital in single clothes for various examinations and oxygen delivery. She waited until around 4 a.m., when my indicators were better, and then she accompanied me back to the hotel. For more than four hours, I experienced unprecedented fear, and she stayed by my side to comfort me. When I left the hotel the next day, I specifically asked for her phone number and name. I wanted to thank her for giving me the greatest help and warmth when I was most scared. The night at Qinghai Lake was very cold, but I really met the little sun that night.
