As soon as i pulled up to this place i knew i had made the wrong choice. The people they have roaming around the property and on the property threw red flags immediately. Second, after standing in the smallest lobby/waiting area/check in, i was told that 1 of the 2 rooms i had BOOKED ALMOST 2 MONTHS AGO, was not available. They didn't have enough rooms to accommodate me, even though i had previously booked. I didnt understand. Very horrible service and will not be going back there again for nothing. Id rather sleep in my car.

This place was horrible. I give it a zero. It looked like the floor had never been mopped. The cover on the bed had stains on it. There wasn’t any pillows in the room. No towels, the remote had no batteries so when I took it to the front desk they put some in. Tired the TV but it didn’t work. The wall above the shower head had a hole it. Horrible place to stay!!! I do not recommend it. I landed up getting a sleeping bag out of my car and slept in that on the bed. I wouldn’t even give it a number 1, more like 000

I don’t need to add to the bad reviews, I asked for a new phone cord for the landline was broken. They didn’t provide it. I will be posting many pictures. It is a good location however I was offered illicit substances many times. Some of the staff are very helpful, however.

I booked 5 nights in advance, paid in full through Super.com which is a wonderful site/app especially if you travel a good bit and even if you don't because of all the cashback they give you on every purchase you make with the super pay card that just uses the money in your back account when you use it but gives you minimum 10% cash bank on everything. Well i also booked in advanced because thats the only way to really fet 5he best affordable rates and all. Well i get to the property to check in only to be told that there are no rooms available for me. I informed her that i had already paid in advanced. And she informed me with an ill tempered attitude that it didnt matter cause that property goes on first come first serve and i had booked through s 3rd party so im not guaranteed a room even tho i paid. So i reach out to super which only agreed to give ma a full refund plus 10%. I came here from 1400 miles away for a short job. Which i they fired m| because i couldn't stay awake and alert due to trying to get sleep in my vehicle in below freezing weather because super issued a refund bur it wont be tho through diff 3-5 business days so i have not the funds to get another room with somewhere else nor would i be able to get it for that rate having to book last minute. Also i went on there official website and it showed they had rooms available to book while i was in the parking lot after being refused a room i had already paid on full for. This has put me in a very terrible situation and costed way more than what i originally paid in da my financial damages, employment loss, as well as hardship and mental distress, and now im stuck in a place i know nobody, have no shelter, no funds available, and not enough fuel in my vehicle to Hardly make it anywhere to get assistance, and it's below freezing outside with me not being prepared for this type whether as i am unfamiliar with this part of the country as i grew up and lived my life in Georgia, the deep humid hot South. So yeah ive actually been contemplating on some petty crimes just to get warmer clothing and food supplies. This place should be placed under more professional experienced staff or shut down. I will be seeking litigation

This lady who suppose to be a supervisor or something of the sort was in the street laying with legs up in the air. Insane place. Don’t book at this place. Disgusting 🤢 unprofessional. Seen her blurring out racial slurs to a couple.

The room was absolutely one of the filthiest places I have ever stay in in my entire life. There was dirt all over the floor, there was hair all over the shower and on the sheets. The bathroom door will not close. Upon further inspection of the sheets, as you can see, not only is there the hair, there is a yellow discoloration, a dead bug, and dried blood. I could not bring myself to sleep in the bed, so I had to go down to the office and request clean sheets, so I changed the bedding myself. The front desk staff didn't question why I was requesting clean sheets in a room that I had just checked into, perhaps this is a common occurrence?! I did not sleep with a blanket as that was disgusting as well and I did not receive a new clean one. The shower curtain doesn't work, so water goes all over the floor and will likely eventually ruin the flooring underneath if it hasn't already done so. I'm quite sure there is mold under there. The entire room reeked of cigarette smoke, which is most unfortunate for me as I have asthma. I would have check out and gone elsewhere once I saw the condition of the room, but everywhere was booked. Room service never once showed up, so there was never any clean towels or anything provided to be beyond the couple that hung in the bathroom. Lastly, there was a bag of trash that was left just sitting outside my door for over a day, and there was dry blood splatter in the elevator that I took a picture of as well. Why was there dried blood splatter in the elevator?! Was someone the victim or a horrific crime?!! Check out the photos I took of the room.

Worse than bad. Filthy rooms beyond repair. Sketchy people milling around at all hours. Someone banging on our door around 4:00 am? No bedspread. Only dirty stained sheets. Cleaning barged in the room unannounced at 8:45 am. Not worth any kind of savings.

This was an absolute disgusting, deal, unsafe, and infested with paraphernalia of drug use. I took videos and photos. I requested a full refund immediately upon checking in. It was refused, and now I am taking this to a higher level, an absolute terrifying nigh**are, and the cost was beyond belief warning do not stay at this hotel chain.
