We booked a room here at the last minute and were so glad we did. The building is beautiful and as impeccably cared for on the inside as it is on the outside. Our room was peaceful and so comfortable for our family of three. We had the balcony on our floor to ourselves on multiple occasions, and it was a great place to relax and enjoy ourselves. The staff made us feel welcome from the first moment and were very helpful when we needed anything at all. The included breakfast was wonderful, and the staff made our toddler his own delicious “kid lattes” with steamed milk. When my wife had to work, they even insisted I bring up breakfast for her on a tray with no room service charge! We will definitely be coming back and are so appreciative of the staff who made our stay so terrific.

The hotel is a beautiful and personal place for the reception and super top rooms, gentle and friendly, not all. I forgot the house keys early August and 3 days ago I called the hotel after almost two months because I had lost a watch and I didn't know where I called in the hotel for any findings, since I was going to buy it back as it was a I loved a great gift of family, and I must say to surprise that the boy of the reception with so much professionality and gentleness told me that I faced it. I was very happy, of course, thank you for having found him cleaning room 305 that day of August 11 morning. I also work in the hotel so I know what dedication and education means. What to say Hotels we recommend to spend top holidays and have the security of all the services that a customer can have in a holiday in August. Sweet cocktails for the new year!! We have been three days in this fantastic hotel for the end of the year: excellent organization, courtesy, professionalism, excellent food, comfortable rooms, but above all very nice and available staff. We have stayed for a week in this delicious farmhouse which is in fact just at the rear of a beautiful bathroom from where to bathe and a obligation. Excellent location with a large garden cultivated on English lawn where they give up paraplus and their resting places where you can relax if you don't want to go to the beach. The great breakfasts in a room where Miss Melissa is accompanied by a step-by-step day start with a nice sweet snack. All rooms with air conditioning, perfect for holidays with a terrace where you can take a little fresh in the evening before you leave. Purtroppo non è da me fare recensioni così negative ma ho prenotato due camere dove in entrambe si sono riscontrate più o meno gli stessi problemi, parlo per la mia, non sono riuscito a dormire più di 2 ore, si sentiva rumore di vento esterno, di ospiti che parlavano dalle camere accanto,la mia era vicino all'ascensore e si sentiva il cicalino apertura porte più lo sbattere delle stesse,che solo dalle 3 alle 5 si sono fermati, il televisore non si è acceso perché impossibile con quel telecomando, poi la mattina mi sono dato una spiegazione a tutto quando nel cestino in bagno ho trovato i tappi monouso auricolari, tutto ciò dopo aver fatto 840km per raggiungere San Benedetto.
