It's a little distance to Genting

Upon arrival we were transferred to Wyndham Ion Majestic. This is a new hotel, started operating on Sept 24. The room is spacious, the design is modern, room amenities are up to 4 star hotel standard. The water pressure in the room was very strong and the hot water supply was excellent. There are 2 swimming pools, kids pool, jacuzzi and also a mini kids waterpark. Gym room is equipped with a lot of equipment and is very spacious too. There is a paid shuttle service to genting theme park every 30 minutes, Rm6 per person for 1 way which we think is convenient. Overall I will give a rating of 5 as it is definitely worth the money spent.

Got a free upgrade and stayed at Ion Majestic, love and wanted to try the heated pool but it was under maintenance so we wouldn't be able to try. I was a regular at Ion Delemens before I tried to book with Trip.com, so definitely will prefer and choose to stay at Ion Majestic as it has easier access than Ion Delemens. Killer view but I guess as not a morning person, I wouldn't prefer the bright curtains in the morning😅 Overall, 5 out of 5 still.

1st time staying in Ion d'Lement, nice unit with 3 rooms and lovely price on Thursday night. Spacious apartment, TV with limited channels, wifi, clear procedure to check-in and out. Mineral water provided, comfy bed, warm indoor swimming pool, pool towels provided, food & restaurant available at the same floor. Colder weather than Gohtong Jaya. Will return.. and check out the evening and morning from the unit!

The best hotel I have stayed in Melaka😍 the ultimate best I would say, hospitality top notch and cleanliness no words, very clean. I would appreciate the owner as he literally concerned about customers stay which included availability of parking as well. Snacks provided by them brought back all the child memories. Thank you again, will definitely come here again and highly recommended.

The hotel apartment has a great, spacious layout and a simple design, ideal for a three-bedroom stay. However, there were several issues that affected our experience. The bedding was problematic—the mattress was too small for the King Bed, making it unsuitable for two people, and the pillows were too soft and uncomfortable. The cleanliness of the unit also fell short of expectations. Additionally, accessing the hotel from the carpark was inconvenient, requiring two separate lifts and crossing a link bridge. To make matters worse, the hotel did not provide detailed check-in instructions, only sending a vague message to check in at the tower, which caused some confusion. While the space was nice, these areas need significant improvement.

I especially appreciated the little touches, such as the complimentary water and coffee, but the wifi wasnt't working throughout my stay Amenities: The hotel offers a range of amenities that enhance the experience. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, with a diverse menu to suit every taste. The fitness center was well-equipped, and I took advantage of the spa services, which were absolutely amazing. The skypool offered an amazing view of the city. Cleanliness & Comfort: Throughout my stay, the hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness. Every space, from the lobby to the hallways to the room itself, was spotless. The comfort level was also exceptional, and I felt completely at ease throughout my visit. This is my third time staying here. The room is still clean, the water pressure is strong, and the water heater works well. Overall, it was a great experience. However, I should mention that the road to the hotel has a lot of potholes, so be careful when driving.

We had a great new year's end vacation here @ swiss garden hotel genting highlands 😘 We really enjoyed the new years countdown party and the foods served was 😋 😋 😋 👍 👌 Very friendly staffs(from the receptionists to the restaurant staffs all friendly 😘 Location wise ( only RM7 grab taxi to GPO) maybe depends on time and demands Good food 😋 especially breakfast buffet soo many choices 😋 also tried their kampung friendly rice,char kway teow special oxtail soup yummy 😋😋😋, Pool was nice but wasn't able to swim coz it's very cold that time with sea clouds ⛅️ Also sooo many instagrammable views to capture when you are @ pool (you can also see the awana cable car & GPO from afar 😉 Clean Room and surroundings ✅ For me its highly recommended hotel ️ in genting highlands ✅️ Price was good for the 4stars hotel 👌
