Resorts World Genting Hotels in Genting Highlands

I recently stayed at Genting SkyWorlds Hotel, and overall, I was very satisfied with the experience. First of all, the location is incredibly convenient. The hotel is right next to the SkyWorlds Theme Park, just a few minutes’ walk away. It’s perfect for families with kids. The lobby is modern, bright, and clean. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room isn’t very large, but the layout is smart and practical. The bed was comfortable and I slept really well. The lighting, charging outlets, and storage areas in the room were thoughtfully designed. The cleanliness was also commendable. The bathroom was clean and the hot water pressure was strong and consistent. My favourite part is how the hotel is connected to SkyAvenue, restaurants, and shopping areas. Just head downstairs and everything is within walking distance. It’s super convenient for meals, entertainment, and evening strolls. The only minor downside is that it can get crowded on weekends, so you may need to wait a bit for elevators or during check-in. The soundproofing is decent. You may occasionally hear hallway noise, but it didn’t affect my sleep. Overall, SkyWorlds Hotel is a great choice for those visiting Genting for a vacation or the theme park. It’s convenient, clean, modern, and offers good value for money. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Resort World Awana is the best place to stay in Genting! Free shuttle bus really very helpful to bring us to Genting Premium Outlet and the cable car station! The Chinese uncle driver is helpful and drive very safely! The breakfast is really good as well! And there are swimming pool, football field, and many other facilities free to use when stay in this hotel! The environment are world class! It is pity that we stayed here for 1 night only we can’t have time to play all the activities! Have to recommend this seriously!!

Room is small and basic. Doesn’t comes with much amenities. You have to bring your own toothbrush, shampoo etc. Pillows are soft too. Checking in can be a nightmare with long queues unless you can perform self check in yourself. Location is one of the best for the hotels though with lots of amenities and ****** nearby. Not all the lifts are running and getting down during checkout time can be challenging. Overall it serve the basic purpose of a stay without much luxury.

probably one of the better hotels at the peak of genting. amazing view from the room. room was comfortable and there was sufficient space. breakfast service has to be improved though. breakfast was ala carte and we waited close to an hour for our breakfast to be served. even the coffee took an hour. the next day, we just skipped the breakfast completely.

They were really nice to provide fruits on our first day, very nice hotel to stay in however.. television wasn’t working esp the television in the toilet doesn’t have a remote controller that works. Shower gel wasn’t sufficient to fill the bathtub either. Other than that, the room and service from staff were great. View was beautiful too

Booked a king size bed room And hotel gave me a twin bed when I was there. When I complained to Trip.com, trip’s staff ruined my day by asking me to resolve it with the hotel myself. I am a consumer whom bought a product from trip.com and trip.com is taking the easy way out to ruin my trust and asking me to solve a mistake of trip.com. Bloody ridiculous platform who has screwed up 2 of my hotel stays in 2 week. The first problem occurred when I was in KL and this time is the second time. I never had this problem with other platforms

Had a short stay at Resort Hotel Genting and it was super convenient since it’s right in the middle of everything—casino, SkyAvenue, and food spots are just a few steps away. Room was clean and comfy with a nice highlands view. Easy check-in and chill vibes, perfect for a quick getaway.
