出差入住的，原本是可以用公司協議價訂房的，有事沒來得及，就在網上訂房了。房間還是以前的樣子，沒什麼變化，客觀講設施是比較老舊了，好在衞生乾淨，熱水也很好，入住當晚還給了瓶酸奶，算是老酒店的加分項了，再來説説減分項，我續住了一天，去總枱續房卡的時候諮詢是否在攜程上操作續住就可以了，有一名服務員表示不清楚操作，我是在攜程上預約過發票的，退房的時候再次向我索取開票訊息，我説我預約過了，並且提交了訊息了，説不定電腦上已經有了，服務員表示上一個班的同事沒給他交接過，這點我不太理解，有沒有交接班是你酒店房的事情，不應該作為再次索要訊息的理由，退房的時候服務員查房説我有東西落房間了，我請服務員幫我送下來，被告知需要自己去樓上取，理由是我退房早，樓上衹有一個服務員送不了，客人入住的時候，服務員可以送東西到房間，退房的時候就讓人取，儘管有客觀，但也同樣不能成為理由。説這麼多並不是有意挑刺，作為一家當地可以算得上老字號老品牌的酒店，個人還是比較有感情的，衹是想多作些提醒吧，酒店老一點沒關係，關鍵是觀念要更新，既然想在平台推廣，業務肯定得熟悉，既然是服務行業，服務理念就不能丟，存在客觀問題的時候，首先應該思考的是自身如何解決，而不是把問題交給服務對象，做好服務，才是最大的加分項。

酒店位置不錯，在房間可以欣賞湖景。酒店服務一般，設施陳舊，沒有餐廳，沒有空調。似乎是個舊（資源城市，資源枯竭後走向衰落）的一個縮影。

是家老酒店，無早無空調，但前台服務員已告之提醒！金湖公園邊上，客房賞景方便，散步也很近！停車場車位充足！服務、衞生等都很規範，我們是來加級寨看梨花的，酒店對面的鱔魚米線有點牛，20元一碗～現殺現炒現小鍋煮！

以前每逢來到箇舊，都會選擇拾號樓賓館，可是這次，卻讓我非常失望，以後再也不會選擇入住了！
1，入住要交按金，現在還有什麼酒店需要交按金的？怕我偷什麼嗎？是變形的吹風機還是發黑的地巾，又或是地上散亂的插線板？
2，洗澡水放出很慢，且不做熱冷水標註，不做標註也罷，那你設定成默認的左熱右冷也可以啊！偏偏不走尋常路非要右邊放很久才出熱水！夜晚7，8度的氣温，房間沒有空調，調水洗澡調了將近十分鐘！你們管理人員就這麼懶惰嗎？做個標識牌就這麼難嗎？
3，最讓我生氣的是房間裏配了兩瓶礦泉水，當天下午就喝完了，次日早晨起床口渴難耐，想問服務員要瓶礦泉水，服務員告知，根據酒店規定每個房間每天衹能提供兩瓶礦泉水，多一瓶都不能給，衹能自己出去買，當時那個火大！300塊這樣的房間的房價也不算便宜了吧？多要一瓶礦泉水都不行？
我發現真的是為我的情懷買單，那起殼的牆紙，裂紋的窗玻璃，上下滋水的籠頭，屋頂冷暖光都不一致的燈泡，不套垃圾袋的垃圾桶，給人的感覺完全是處於無管理的狀態！這些我都可以接受，因為它開業時間確實很久！可是因為他對顧客的漠視與冷漠，讓我感到很心寒！以後再也不會定了，拾號樓，你讓我很失望！金玉其外，敗絮其中！

酒店位置很好，離金湖公園很近，停車也還算方便。酒店房間很陳舊，就是九十年代的那種風格，沒有空調，衹能胡亂住一下。主要還是佔了個好位置，總體來説不值這個價錢。
