Noisy. There is a so-called manager named Vicky at the front desk, who is unprofessional, does not actively deal with guest issues, and excuses himself.

I loved our stay, we only stayed a night and I definitely wanna come back and stay a little longer. The room was comfy and a good size, our room was in the 60s so it was a really far walk just to get to our room, if we forgot something it was a hassle- overall a good experience & would definitely recommend!

We had a great time. Our rooms were very nice and clean. My biggest complaint was the bathrooms in the water park. They were gross and no one was cleaning them . Also, they are very overpriced on their merchandise sometimes 400% higher than normal. There was feces in the baby pool and the lifeguard was not very bothered about it. I expected her to get everyone out while they cleaned but that never happened. We got out right away and I guess they just took it out with a net, not sure.

The water park was so much fun the kids loved it. They make everything convenient with text alerts to let you know food or your room is ready. However, we didn't know this hotel was cash free which was an inconvenience. There are plenty of restaurants nearby however. Our neighbors were very loud playing music and drinking in the hallway. Room service made it easy to get extra towels and blankets for the pull out.

They still haven’t given our deposit back and we had to pay $100 per night in a deposit. We stayed there for 4 days. I would never spend money here again considering you can get a day pass to the park for $50. Our thousand dollar trip turn out to be way too expensive and not worth it. And that’s disappointing.

It was pleasant, we liked the amenities of the hotel. It has entertainment on every floor for the children. Water park was great. Attendants were nice. My only complaint would be that there is a parking fee even guests staying in the hotel, I think it would need to be discounted or free.

Dirty, electronic key code doesn't work, smells horrible. Staff tried to be helpful but second room shown was just as bad.
