It seems that it has been renovated, and the front desk, lobby and rooms are clean. JR It's just outside Shin Imamiya Station, and it's cheap if you just stay. However, what you have to understand is that there are no toilets or baths in the room. The toilet is a shared toilet (by men and women) on the floor 1. The bath will be used in a large communal bath or a shower room. The room I used was a tatami room with 3 tatami mats. A set of futons. I used it because there was no place that was already open on Saturday, but if there is no place to stay, I think it is OK at all. Anyway, the price is cheap, so you can understand that area. Even on Saturday, it was 3800 yen. Private is protected firmly, so it's definitely better than a capsule hotel. Recommended for backpackers. Therefore, it seems that there are many young students, consecutive nights related to construction, and foreigners. However, I'm not sure, but is it only me who feels that the lobby and shower room are also used by people other than guests?

I stayed at the Chisan Standard Osaka Shin Imamiya, which opened on February 25, 2022, on March 4, immediately after using the special plan for the opening. When I thought it was strange because there was a wound or dirt at the opening, it was a signboard replacement. The twin room with two single beds felt the walls were black and white. There is a space to hang clothes on the right side of the entrance, and a refrigerator is placed on the floor below it, but there is no door. Take what you need at the front desk except for toothbrush. The unit bus is not narrow, but there was a step of about 30cm at the entrance and I was careful not to fall. The room clothes and phone were next to the elevator. Breakfast was a restaurant on the 2 floor, a bright and relaxing seat arrangement, buffet style. There is a splendid locker on the 1 floor.

My first stay during my first trip to Japan. It was Spring 2018. I was excited because my little room was a tatami floored room. The small room was a basic room for two guests. There was only one plug point to charge our many electrical gadgets, so oh boy im glad i brought along a plug socket with 4-5 outlets. The room was too small for even the two small Asians like us. we have no place to put our backpacks (there were only two bags but) once we spread the futons. This small room actually suitable for a single guest. The bathrooms and toilets are normally clean for Japanese standards. You have to pay separate charge for your towels. Our room situated on the 4 or 5th floor i cant remember but there was only one floor for lady's bathroom - the hostel got about 40 to 50 rooms but there are only 2-3 bathrooms for ladies to share. I woke up very early to take bath but was very disappointing to see the long queue of Japanese female workers who unable to go home and slept here for the night. Imagine the long hours i have to wait to get my turn. sometimes i tried to go to another level to try the unisex bathrooms but they were definitely full with guys. The pantry on the ground floor offered hot water with 3-in-1 drinks. there are vending machines for you to buy mineral water or soda or sweet drinks. The walls between the room are super thin and you can hear everything loud and clear. The door is made of steel so when someone close it with a bang it can be very annoying. Well we were kind of grateful (feeling console?) that the room got a mini fridge. And that the hostel is near to the train station. I'm coming back to Osaka soon but nope, I'm not going to coming back to this hostel just to get myself headaches for the bathrooms. The friend who booked this hostel for us thought we wanted the cheapest room in Osaka and she never asked us about the quality of the service. Well this is the negative side of coming to Japan in Spring i guess. Everything comes in expensive price.

I used it with my family. When my wife was asked for an ID card when I issued a welcome coupon in Osaka at check-in, I was explained that I couldn't issue a coupon when I told her that I forgot the two preschoolers. Since I came from afar, I checked if I could respond by email at a later date, and my wife was shocked by the cold saying, ”I have no choice but to go back to pick it up.” It's important to say it. In the meantime, the front staff was grinning while chatting all the time in the counter while being overturned by the child who was rubbing. In addition to us, families with small children who were asked for ID cards were looking for the suitcase in the same way, and the child was crying loudly during that time, but the front desk 々 was an inner circle talk. Flower It was blooming. I was disappointed that the rumored Hoshino Resorts responded below the business hotel around it. When I entered the room, there was not enough slippers for children, and the only amenities were towels, and I hurriedly went down to the lobby to get my room clothes and toothbrush, but the front desk was still chatting. It's a comedy city. It's good to have fun working. It seems that he forgot even the explanation of the amenities. When I checked with the front desk to rent a step stand because the child did not reach the wash basin, I replied, ”I am not ready”, and it seems that Hoshino Resort is not ready even though it can be borrowed in the national lodging. Well, it was as expected that I was watching the miscellaneous response at check-in. At least I was expecting only rice, but when I went to eat breakfast, I was told to issue a breakfast ticket at the dining room. I wondered if I didn't remember getting such a thing, and when I searched for a room, there was one of the same styles as the receipt. I was about to throw it away by mistake as garbage. Then, when I went to the dining room again, I was confirmed, ”Is there only one? What is the age of the child later?” When I told him that one person was 5 years old, he was told that there would be an additional charge, and my eyes were focused. When I checked at the front desk, it was said that there would be an additional charge from the age of 5. I read a confirmation email with my eyes on a plate, but I didn't write a word about that. Well, it's not that expensive, so I paid for breakfast, but the number of items is small! It's not surprisingly delicious! Rice smells! My child didn't eat at all, so I hurriedly bought rice balls at a convenience store and let them eat. Everything was too terrible, so I lost my mind to go sightseeing and went home as it was. Before that, I stayed at a hotel near Univa for 2 nights, but it was considerably cheaper and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was also better there. It was wise to stay there for three consecutive nights without changing the inn poorly. I learned.

Hotel in Osaka, Nishinari. Still new and clean. It is convenient to walk from Shin Imamiya Station. Stay in a single room for 3000 yen per night. Foreign guests stood out. The room is flooring with a narrow bed and a very small table and small TV and a refrigerator and spotlight and trash can. Toilet is joint. One floor (about 20 rooms). Since the wash is only one place in the toilet, it is inconvenient for toothbrushing or face washing. If it is crowded, it becomes a procession, and it becomes worried about the cheek. I left before 6 o'clock in the early morning, so there was no problem. The bath has a large bath and a shower room. Somehow, the large bath passes from the location pattern and the atmosphere with many foreigners and uses the shower. It is a negative point that I heard the voice from the surrounding room well, but it is 〇 with price and convenience.

What was the best thing about staying for 5 nights from August 4th to 9th? 3 minutes from Shin-Imamiya Station, nearby Shinsekai Mega Don Quixote It was nice to have everything Since this accommodation was built this year, the appliances are clean. The only thing I regret is that if you are a Korean, you must have a clothes dryer at home. It's a bit sad that there isn't My family of 5, 3 kids are elementary school students. Since the size of the room is a trip, it is only a place to sleep and rest I'd say it's the best value for money when you think about it. There are enough doctors to revisit🫡

The location is great. It takes 2 minutes to walk to Shin-Imamiya and take a bus. It only takes 1 stop to Namba to start shopping and eat and drink. But remember to eat and drink enough to go back because there are no stores near the building! The room is also very large. Spreading two 28-inch suitcases is not a problem. There are also kitchen utensils for cooking. Recommended

I have been to Japan many times, and this is my first time staying in a Japanese B&B. It is a one-family home with three floors. It is very suitable for a family of seven like us. The room is very clean, there is a kitchen for cooking, and there is a supermarket opposite for shopping. Japanese food is salty, so it is perfect for cooking for children. Each room has a bathroom, and there is a toilet on every floor, so there will be no need to compete for the toilet. For transportation, it takes about 5 minutes to walk from Kansai Airport to Nankai Electric Railway from the starting point to the end of Namba Station. There is also the Hanshin Line to Kobe, and it is also very convenient to go to Umeda from Osaka Subway Namba Station. The landlord is a very enthusiastic Chinese who has been in Japan for many years and is a fellow countryman. I will stay here again next time I go to Osaka.

The bedside outlet has fallen into the bedboard and cannot be used, and it is a pity that there are 4 USB ports. No amenities except toothbrush. I saw it hidden in the front desk, but there was no explanation. There are cups, but no tea or coffee. It's outside the love hotel, so women seem to care. The chair is tattered as if it had been picked up from some oversized garbage dump.

I'm a fan of Tadao Ando, but I stayed here just because it was a hotel in a building designed by Tadao Ando. It's not a big hotel. I just went and understood, but the wedding is like a hotel. Tourists are OK at all, but it seems that there are many wedding-related guests. I'm convinced that the guest rooms have a taste that women seem to like. ◆ Customer service: I don't feel used to it because there are many young people, but they are very kind. However, if you are used to the customer service of a luxury hotel, you may feel unreliable (?), But let's feel young 々 and first 々. Although it is kind, allergy information was not linked to the restaurant even though I declared 2 degrees in advance and at check-in (it is good because it is only good to avoid the ingredients without permission). ◆ Location: It's a short walk from the station, so it's hard in summer or midwinter. It's along the main street, so it might be easy to come by car. ◆ Room: It's large for the price, and the night view is really wonderful with a balcony! I think the amenities were abundant and the quality was good. The bathrobe was also solid. I wonder if the air conditioning was a little noisy. Also, the interior is frankly a little love hotel. ◆ Restaurant: The ceiling was high and open. It was good to be particular about the ingredients. The customer service is good, and there is a sommelier. Wine is also quite a selection. It's just a hotel restaurant, so it feels expensive. ◆ Cospa: 4.4 It was a dinner and morning course at 10,000, but I think this service is quite good at this location. If it is a famous hotel near the station, you can take this much for the room fee, so sweat. Recommended if you want to stay in a large room with a stylish feeling with an emphasis on night view. It's not a large hotel, so it doesn't feel crowded. However, there are many couples and Westin relationships, so people who care about one may care. ★4 I thought it was ★5 based on the night view, the customer service of the staff and the cospa.

We stayed with our family on a hot summer day. It opened on August 1, and the facilities were glittering. There was also a large bath and it was quite relaxing. The sauna was not done in corona countermeasures. I ate at dinner, breakfast and hotel restaurant, but both were quite high quality. Breakfast can be selected from 2 types. Osaka specialty? It consisted of two types of Western food sets and a lot of stuff. I thought it was Okonomiyaki from the morning? I thought, but my daughter was eating with peroli. It became a micro tourism from Hyogo, but I thought I would like to stay in the mood change even if there is a hotel that can be so relaxing in the vicinity.

Great aesthetics, which drawn me to book my stay and it is 100% accurate on the exterior to the interiors, lobby and room included. Bonus: in-house onsen! Best to do it in the morning before start of the day or after a long day exploring the city. The hotel was actually okay. The rooms were small as you know from Japan. All was clean. The rooms were cleaned if you wanted this with a sign at the door. Unfortunately, there was no way in the bathroom to hang up the towels. I would never book this hotel again and can only warn you. We were already scared at the station Dobutsun-Mae from dirty crops. Shin-Imamiya was as terrible as it was. The hotel is located in Japan's largest arms district. For several days the same homeless sat at the entrance of the hotel. We also climbed over unconscious men on the light day. In the darkness we would never have left the hotel. We don't know something like this from Japan. If we could have left the hotel on the first day. Unfortunately we had already paid. With the sirens that are the characteristic of this area, you must also be able to live. We had to watch some of the police chasing.

The hotel is in an excellent location, convenient to everywhere. The indoor and outdoor spa baths upstairs are a plus, so you can relax after a long day's fatigue and sleep well. Although the room is still a bit small for three people, it is like this for hotels in the center of Japan. We were outside during the day, so it actually didn't have much impact. We stayed in the Family Theatre Apartment for 4 nights... Room was large but not very clean and unfortunately, there was no daily housekeeping, only daily emptying of trash bins and replacement of towels (the hotel sent many email to remind us of it haha). Housekeeping is scbeduled once every 3 nights, however at check-in, we already spotted dust trapped between the walls and furniture, found a bedroom slipper stuck below the bed and stayed there throughout our stay even after the housekeeping on our 4th day. There was no luggage stand so we placed them on the floor, lots of cloth-hangers provided in the wardrobe, essential toiletries were available at the reception area, so were the coffee and tea sachets etc. Love the kitchen and proper fridge (with freezer) and all the necessary cooking utensils... The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, we were referred to a folder comprising all the recommended places to go and places to eat - not all restaurants were really great though. Location was good... Family Mart is nearby, Orange Street is just opposite, 15 minutes walk to Dontonburi, Shinsaibashi and Namba Station. There are a few big public carparks nearby too. Wish the housekeeping could be improved p.s. the chambermaid isn't friendly and doesn't greet anyone - this is unusual in the Japanese culture.

The miraculous shower is comfortable, the ladies plan, so the amenities are substantial, and the legglift and nanosteamer that I wanted to use were sufficient, and the bed was large and very good I thought it was a little cold? The indoor facilities are complete, the small table is enough for laptop work, pajamas, slippers, toiletries and tea bags are all self-service. The maid will clean the room as needed. The service will be very good if you come on weekdays during the off-peak tourist season, but on Fridays and weekends the restaurant and laundry room are a bit overloaded. I stayed for five nights here and it was a very good experience staying here! my twin room has two single beds of good quality mattress (a bit firm) and nice thick blanket. the room size is okay, understandable as most hotel room on this budget in big cities in Japan is usually very compact and small. the room lacks racks / place to put your luggage, however, there is daybed / sofa that i put my luggage into. there is water heater and two cups, but lack of instant coffee / tea, however, at the lobby, they provide good quality all you can drink coffee, tea, soda and etc, from 3pm to 10am. bathrobe is in drawer. slippers are provided The room is clean, well lit but the only windows is frosted glass so can't see anything outside. bathroom is well sized, with bathtub and shower head too. standard bathroom amenities are all provided and complete and good quality. even better, they provide sachets of body lotion, cleansing oil, toner, shaving cream and after shave lotion! However, they implement what they call as 'eco-cleaning', thorough cleaning and changing of blanket and linen is only done on 3rd day of your stay, however, the staff will replenish all of your amenities everyday and also replace towel. wifi works great, airconditioner excellent too. location wise, its in the center of Osaka, very near to the dotonbori, shinsaibashi and namba area, which means, its in the centre of food-mecca of osaka. there are two metro line nearby too that will get you anywhere. if you are returning to KIX airport, a 10-15 min walk to namba station north entry is easy. another highlight of my stay is their staff is so friendly, particularly Jason who speaks english really well! he even took initiative to provide us with huge paper bag after seeing is bringing lots of goods on separate plastic bag. thank you so much Jason, you are what every hotel need on reception desk :)

The new brand hotel of the Palace Hotel opened in July, so I was able to stay at a good price using GoTo. The location is just outside Dojima underground street. It is located in the south of Kita Shinchi, but the service was good and I was able to stay with peace of mind. The corner studio of 32 square meters stayed. There is a bathtub and shower booth in the space like home called rug in the flooring, and it feels compact. However, when you take a shower, the powder area is flooded, and the bath is rounded from the room? All the towels were very soft and good with imabari towels. There is a restaurant and room 001 on the second floor, coin laundry, vending machine, coffee machine and microwave oven, and shoe shine service and free puff service It was a very calm space. I didn't use the restaurant this time, but I was worried about the space that I saw a little and was very nice. depends on the price, it is a hotel that I want to stay again.

It only takes about 3 minutes to reach Dotonbori from the hotel. It is really close. Turn right and you will see Rosen Supermarket. Then turn right at the crossroads and turn left onto the bridge to reach Dotonbori. Outside the hotel entrance is a small promenade with tables and chairs. Don't worry about the room size. Japanese hotels are all the same, unless you go to a five-star hotel.
