Just to offer a comment for further improvement: I don't know why the restaurant staff doesn't seem to have a habit of collecting empty dishes during a buffet to the extent that table-top space gets very crowded. A number of times, there were waiters/waitresses standing next to my table. Although they were not busy, they still did not remove my stacking empty dishes. The staff does not seem to be lazy people. Perhaps they have not been instructed to do so. This is an unusual practice for a good hotel.
