I've been to Fukuoka multiple times and previously stayed at other establishments that simply cannot match the Ritz. Got a king room for my honeymoon. Really appreciate Sanjay and rest of staff making us feel very appreciated from check-in until departure. The level of attentiveness was impressive, and people here speak good English. Location is quite good, close to metro/bus stops, Ohori park,and plenty of eateries/shopping/yatai's. Room is as modern as you'd expect. Bed and bathroom are very comfortable - other hotels are going to struggle to match this level of sophistication. I really appreciated the amount of space vs the typical Japanese hotel. Great amount of amenities. Minor suggestions for improvement - in-room snacks - we got the impression that several of the snacks were complimentary. After we checked out, we discovered that they were not, an unpleasant surprise. Some better communication here would be valuable. Late check out - as an Elite member at check-in we were told that late check out would be offered. However, on the day of I discovered that I still had to call to ask for late check out, and then I had to wait a bit until they called back to confirm. The small details matter in delivering a flawless experience. Still, these are relatively minor things and overall we were very satisfied with our stay. On our next stay to lovely Fukuoka we'd definitely only stay here. Book it, you won't regret it.

As hotel prices have soared recently, I found a great plan for One Harmony members at a pinpoint. Along with national travel support, it was a price that has not been possible in recent years. The amenities are as substantial as before, with USB chargers and extension cords, and the complementary USB outlets that are commonplace in recent business hotels are also firmly available. Breakfast was a half buffet for a while, but this time the full buffet was revived and a sufficient number of items were prepared. Overall, I felt like I finally returned to front of Corona. Ritz Carlton will open in June, but the real pleasure of Ritz is the club lounge. I'm not saying that, but I would like you to make a club floor if you have the opportunity to renovate next time.

Since it is a New Otani brand, I had some expectations, but unfortunately it was crushed. Stayed alone in a twin type with breakfast for business use. The room was large enough and clean and the amenities were substantial. It is undeniable that it is old, but some of the water and closets have been renewed, and the air conditioning was good without any discomfort. However, the bed mattress is cheap, or it is not comfortable to sleep in. I felt that there were more high-quality things that were more particular about the new business hotels in the surrounding area. I was greatly disappointed with that point. The breakfast of Western buffet was very small and I was really disappointed. * The point that you can order the dishes and the taste are generally passing points, but the fact that the variety is too small is surprising and stunned. The staff at the breakfast venue were dull and vacant, but it felt like a flow work. I couldn't feel any dust in the consciousness of carrying the hotel sign on my back. The cleaning staff stopped firmly and greeted each other, but it looked far away and the staff was arrogant and rough and made me feel sick. As for this, I feel that the new business hotels around me are more educated. The front staff 々 seemed busy, but it was crisp and there was no discomfort, but on the other hand, I didn't feel warm. Conclusion, bird, soft, and price are not chosen. I would like to stay again if it is much cheaper, but I am positively pear. Birds cannot be easily improved due to budget problems, but staff education should be as much as possible. When I noticed, I was overtaken by the surrounding competing hotels and the hotels of the rank that were not competing, and such a future is close.

The arrangement and amenities in the hall are perfect. Samui instead of pajamas can also choose various sizes, so it's ok without bringing your pajamas. The drink in the refrigerator had a half bottle of Louis Rodelair, which was a complimentary drink, and it was very exciting to arrive early 々. I made it ☆ 4 in the fact that access to the public bath was a little inconvenient and the staff service was not flexible as the manual. In a Japanese-style room, I was able to spend my 0-year-old daughter freely and it was a good stay. Thank you very much.

It is very easy to move because it is close to 1 minute from Akasaka 3 exit of the subway airport line. The lobby was relaxing and I arrived before check-in, but I waited slowly. The room is also calm. I had a good time in my room. The bathroom is also a luxury space, and the shower head that I saw in the introduction of overseas hotels is fixed to the ceiling. It was a hand-held type, and the head was large and comfortable. The amenities were substantial, the dryer was solid, and it was easy to dry the hair. There was an espresso machine in the room. I could have a delicious coffee, I had a PET bottle of water, and the hardness of the bed was just right, and the bed was comfortable. There is no repeat!

The hotel is located in a good location, about ５ minutes walk from Tenjin Akasaka Station on the subway. The pots, ramen shops and popular stalls that cannot be removed in sightseeing were all within walking distance, and it was also perfect for drinking and walking. Also, there was a convenience store right next to the hotel and there was no trouble with steep shopping. Free wifi was available in the building of course and it was a comfortable hotel.

Maybe it's because it's Japan, but they're very friendly. However, the bathroom was so small that it would be full if one person was standing there, and there was a lot of dust in the area where the air conditioner heater function was, making it a bit inconvenient. The room is extremely hot with very poor ventilation, nearly no air-conditioning. The staff could only asked us to open the window which could not solve the problem as it was hot outside. They eventually gave us a fan but it was not functioning properly. We have poor sleep during our 5-day stay. Besides, it seems that there is no ventilator in the washroom, making it smelly. I would never stay in this hotel again and it was a nightmare. That's the worst hotel in Japan that I have ever stayed.

There are many live houses around the street hotel near the name of parent futaka Dori street and a place like a reservoir where parents futaka gather. The police move noisy all night on weekends. Richmond Hotels has always been my first choice for accommodation in Japan, and this stay in Tianjin Xitong is also quite satisfactory. The hotel is located in the lively Tenjin business district and is also very close to the station. The room and public facilities are well equipped, and the space is quite comfortable and bright. The hotel staff was very kind and although the English communication was not smooth, they would do their best to solve the problem for the passengers. The only pity was that this stay was on the fifth floor, and at night there was still a little noise and bowling from the building next door. If you have the opportunity to visit Fukuoka again, you will want to stay again.
