此行或者説今年最失望的一次住宿；1）提前預付，但入住時候價格僅有自己付款的一半，但這是市場正常波動，表示理解，但想就此提醒其他消費者；2）表示喜歡高樓層，但被安排到最低樓層，但無論是預訂時間還是到店時間，我都比較提前，且表示吸煙或不吸煙房都可，但最終無其他選擇；3）房間窗外幾十公分就是另一棟房子的牆，完全無陽光，但會有旁邊交通軌道的噪音；4）設施很陳舊，地毯很臟；5）雙重收取住宿税，在入住時候又現金付了200的税，雖然訂單顯示預付價格已包含。

야쿠인역에서 도보1분거리에 있는 작은 비즈니스 호텔입니다. 직원이 아주 친절했고 무엇보다 하카타 시내에 있는 호텔에 비해 가격도 저렴하고 방도 깨끗한 가성비 넘치는 호텔입니다.

シングルで約。リーズナブルに宿泊できて部屋もとても清潔で行き届いていました。
そしてこのホテルの特徴は、旧パーソナルホテルおおみやの売りでもあった最上階の大浴場が宿泊者は無料で利用できることで、部屋のユニットバス利用に比べて格段に癒されます。
１泊利用の間３回利用しましたが、他の利用者は1，2名で混雑もなく快適でした。
スタッフの対応も親切。コスパはとても良いと思います。またときどき利用させてもらいます。
