A great hotel. Although there is a language barrier (I don't speak Japanese), all the staff at the front desk are very considerate and attentive. On the first day I arrived at the hotel, I lost the wifi in the taxi, and then used the translation software word for word. When I communicated with the front desk, the lady at the front desk was very considerate and used her mobile phone translation software to communicate with me. Although I didn't say a word, I really felt their attentive service. Then when it rained and we didn't have enough umbrellas, they would thoughtfully hand them over to us. The service was really attentive. It is also a small blessing to be able to stay in such a good hotel during this trip to Fukuoka.

I think it's easy to access from downtown. However, I booked it because it looked nice, but I didn't like the smell of the room or the bathroom and couldn't relax. I felt uncomfortable, probably because the previous guest's smell was still there. Anyway, the hotel and the room itself are compact. After getting off the elevator, the hallway to the room was the narrowest I've ever stayed in, so I was surprised... I guess it can't be helped since it's compact. Only breakfast was free, and it was rice balls, which was nice for people who like rice.

First of all, the location is really good, close to Tenjin Minami Subway Station, a 5-minute walk, and not far from the Tenjin Underground Shopping Mall, a 10-minute walk, which is very convenient for eating, drinking, shopping, and shopping. Secondly, because the hotel is very new, the facilities and environment are very good. The twin rooms are quite large and the layout is very reasonable. This is the hotel I will choose next time I visit!

I liked the shampoo as it was very comfortable to use. The hair dryer was my favorite brand and was comfortable. Wi-Fi was also helpful. Breakfast was included, and I was told that it could be delivered to my room, so I had it delivered to my room. It was very delicious with warm rice balls and miso soup. I was also able to drink coffee and vegetable juice. The morning time was also fulfilling.

The room is as small as usual, but the layout is good. The hotel is relatively new, it is a new building. If you don't mind the small room, you can stay again. The hotel breakfast is not good, you can skip it. It is basically the business version of Airbnb, and no one will help you clean in the afternoon.
