I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and very comfortable, offering plenty of space to relax. The staff were lovely and helpful, and I appreciated that they could communicate well in English, which made everything much easier.
The breakfast was good with a nice variety of options. However, the only drawback was that the food refill service was sometimes a bit slow. Aside from that, everything was enjoyable.
One of the highlights of my stay was the beautiful view of Mount Fuji right from my room — a truly memorable experience. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its comfort, friendly staff, and stunning scenery.

非常棒的一個酒店，接送時間內打電話給酒店等5分鐘左右車就來了，日本司機還幫忙放行李，到了大堂還快步幫忙開門，服務態度滿分。酒店前台免費升級了大套房，擁有超大陽台直連卧室，在床上就能看到富士山，一樓有個小温泉，但泡的人不多，早餐品種也很豐富，前一天提前預約還有車送到車站，不錯！

The location of hotel was very good. When I open the balcony door, I can see Mt Fuji right outside. The staff are super professional and friendly. Lastly the food is fantastic. I will definitely come back!

The main highlight would undoubtedly be its unblocked view of Mount Fuji. We woke up every morning to watch the sunrise. Breakfast was sumptuous with many varieties, both Japanese and Western. Shuttle service to the main train/bus station is adequate.

酒店最大優點，陽台就可以看到富士山～
房間很大～洗澡水也很大～配有瓶裝的pola的洗護。房間內放有浴衣。
早餐不清楚沒定，晚餐需要提前預訂，當天要吃的話好像不行。選了壽喜鍋放題～還可以～橘子醬油味道挺清新。
酒店有接送站服務，送站提前前台預約。接站可以在河口湖的車站諮詢處讓工作人員幫忙打電話給酒店（如果語言不行的話）非常人性化，然後在10號站台等～

It was our first time visiting Japan, and we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. However, since the bed wasn’t to our preference, we asked to move back to the same room category we originally booked. The room was still spacious and offered a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji. The breakfast was excellent as well. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
