The staff is friendly and very kind and caring to tourists. Although we arrived too late on the night of check-in, the male staff still took the trouble to give a detailed tour of the hotel facilities. The room is fully air-conditioned, so even if multiple people live in the same room, they will feel cool.
There is also a Mount Fuji observation deck on the rooftop, which is very comfortable and beautiful.
The hotel also has free loaner bicycles, a must-have for visiting the lake!

洗手間和浴室收拾得很乾凈！
樓頂還有休閑區，可以看着富士山曬太陽。
