Clean and comfortable room, best 180 degree lake view, very enjoyable to stay, originally, we booked 2 night, because of the lake view and the night light effects around the hotel, we stayed two more night, Johnny, zero from fron desk were good helper, Jane was kind and did a good job. definetely recommend this hotel, it worth on this 5 star hotel.

very friendly and helpful frontdesk and house keeping staff. a surprise to have two toilets in our suite. good for family. we stayed in a non-smoking room, but some visitors along the corridor were smoking with their doors open, which was rather unpleasant. the chin restaurant on 1st floor is good. delicious dim sum. we also like the coffee shop called ”oops” opposite to the back door of the hotel. a convenient and cosy place for good coffee and bakery.

I booked a room on a temporary date. It's close to a friend's house. The forest park is only 8 minutes away. It's convenient for travel. Like 1. There is a shopping mall + supermarket downstairs of the hotel. The seafood wholesale market is about 100 meters away from the hotel. Like 2. The room is better than expected. A little thin, but clean and tidy. Like 3. The lady at the front desk helped to move to the 19th floor. The scenery is beautiful. Like 4. The child missed something when checking out. The lady at the front desk helped to find it and arranged for it to be delivered by SF Express to my home. Thank you very much! Like 5...Another very good experience. I will stay here again next time.

This serviced apartment is located within 100 meter of Guicheng metro station exit B and easy to travel to places of interest. Overall the room looks clean but the decor looks a bit dated and bathroom is cramped. On the plus side, I like the fact that each room is equipped with a washing machine/clothes dryer which makes this serviced apartment stands out from its competitors. In my opinion, it’s the best value for money if laundry matters to you.

The boss said that it is configured according to the four-piece linen and bedding of a six-star hotel. The latex mattress is very comfortable, and the cost performance is very high. I dare not stay in hotels that cost hundreds of yuan, but this one is definitely the king of cost performance. The subway entrance is just downstairs, and it is very convenient to get in and out. Takeaways can be delivered to your door. Free parking is available. The boss went downstairs to find a parking space for us. The room has central heating and cooling air conditioning, which is very good. The floor-to-ceiling windows are very square and not dark at all. Disposable bath towels, slippers and laundry detergent are all available. Love it, love it, and there is also a washing machine
