1.沒有電視。
2.空調製熱不行，開了幾個小時30度房間還是冷的，（前台説就是這樣子的温度，最高就這樣子，説廣東地區空調都這樣。）
3.熱水需要放10分鐘以上才有（前台説熱水就是這樣，要放很久才有温度，説哪裡都一樣）
4.床單破了兩個洞。
5.浴室的拖鞋衹有一雙，而且很臟，很多人用過。
6.前台進來房間調整熱水温度還會問是幾個人住。（我是女生，前台是男生。）

服務：可以，但是晚上辦入住的前台態度一般般
衞生：正常
環境：巨差，樓下有KTV半夜三點多都還在吵噪音超級差，然後房間床頭左邊的燈還是壞的，房間的床是對着走廊的根本沒太陽光
設施：花灑漏水，洗手盆裂的，燈壞的
太陰了房間

實話説，和外面100塊賓館沒區別，太失望了。進去房間的路也是黑漆漆的，差點看不清門牌，房間靠近路邊半夜有點吵，夜裡四五點附近還有人唱歌，估計是哪裡的ktv吧！總之給我感覺太差了。這個價格有很多更好的選擇了，當時已經取消不了，將就住一晚吧！

這個酒店是一個娛樂會所的酒店，不要被這個名字騙了。 設施老舊，衞生好差，床單都有血跡。 一股黴味。 樓上是ktv按摩的，大晚上唱歌好吵，大堂電梯裏面都是擦邊的按摩足浴廣告，總之很後悔訂了。 唯一給兩星可能就是樓下服務員吧，反應問題就幫你換房間，雖然每個房間都很差…

看到各平台的分數挺高的，還有房間圖片也不錯就訂了，性價比是挺不錯，但是隨手拍了幾張圖，房間有點破舊，被子穿洞了，洗水台也是裂縫修補，還有讓我疑惑的是酒店是叫思鉑瑞還是新龍泰呢！
然後説説優點，前台服務態度挺好的，大堂也挺高級的，就是12點後唱歌的人聲音樂聲很大，睡眠質量好的人推薦
