半夜回來發現房卡失效，前台若無其事的給我重新激活，然後開門進去發現供電那邊還插着一張房卡，下去找前台前台推脱説可能是阿姨（警察來了酒店方查監控是別人）然後上午的人和晚上的人還沒交接好，就直接説給我換房，經理和主管態度還是可以的，還好貴重物品沒有損失，現在在協商補償，（酒店方面説前台和服務員都是新人，流動性大，但是我認為，這是你酒店的問題，不是我的問題，你新人該培訓，那是你的事情，不是我的事情，經理也承認了責任，這點我覺得還是可取的

酒店環境舒服，前台服務熱情 還有免費的咖啡跟奶茶。房間住的也比較舒服 衞生也弄的挺好
