房間住得很舒服也開心，適合出行旅遊出差。
停車場大，免費停車。
房間裏還有冰箱洗衣機和陽台！！

入門就如家的感覺，乾淨整潔還帶有一絲絲淡淡的清香，燈光打開的那一瞬間房間顯得格外的温馨與浪漫，房內也按照了人體所需配備了礦泉水、冰箱、洗衣機、冷暖空調、掛壁電視機、熱水壺、獨立無線wifi ，房門也採用了先進技術的電子密碼鎖，整體來説性格比較高很實惠，地理位置優越跟便利。

必須避雷這家公寓，環境很一般，那個位置很少人，過道燈都沒，甚至有些房間都沒裝修好的，再到我住的房間，裏面東西挺齊全的，我以為很好…我以為衹是我以為…那裡居然開不了燈！我剛開始以為沒開電，弄了半個多小時，還是不行！工作人員來了後，又弄了一段時間，還是不行！！！居然沒電，兄弟們你們試過開房沒電嗎？！然後我就打算換一個房間，結果其他房間都沒有了…最終退回原款就離開了…我想，我這輩子也忘不了那晚凌晨1點的麗灣精選公寓，怕了！大家不要去了，避雷！！！
