Terrible and dirty hotel. A sticky roll is used instead of a vacuum. Dirty carpet. A bulb was missing, the reception said they were out of bulbs?? A very poor choice.

We arrived at the property and they had no rooms available for us. They transferred us to the Holiday Inn express. Were I had to pay for the room. I hope to get reimbursed for this inconvenience. Please contact me.

Convenient to downtown FTL ... and free parking. But that's about it. Hotel is dated and could use a really good remodeling effort for the rooms and the lobby area.

The room was not at all what I expected for the price. I expected a lot more and the restaurant inside we ordered two hamburgers, and it took over an hour for them to come to us and then we asked for the receipt at the same time they were good, but it was way too understaffed on there people working there.

Ok hotel for an overnight stay. We stayed for 3 nights for a work conference in the area. The front desk was very nice and helpful upon check in. The rooms on the road side are definitely noisy with road noise. It’s a main road and cars like to show off and rev engines. I was on the top floor road side and moved to a 2nd floor parking lot room and it was much better. The AC in the first room wouldn’t turn off and it was freezing and the AC in the second room wouldn’t keep up. The breakfast is overpriced at around $16 or $18, they had condiments missing, etc. Just too expensive for what it is. The elevators are slow and the stairs were not convenient. The bartender at the small bar was not very attentive. We left one time because he didn’t come over to us after 10 minutes sitting there. Overall it’s ok for a night but there are too many better options in the area. Average hotel at best.
