Excellent location and service, nothing to say about the place. The people at the reception and at the buffet are very friendly and kind.

Hello, good morning, today I want to leave my comments after a month of having been in that wonderful hotel. I also want to congratulate two people at the reception like the SRs. ENRIQUE CARDOSO AND RODRIGO SALDANIA, who were always very friendly, the hotel and the staff are wonderful, very good, the breakfast and also the restaurant, I also want to say hello to the manager, who I don't have the name of, a hotel that spent 10 formidable days

We had a great time...the girls and Ivan.The best Caipirinhas...the pool and Ivan give a great touch to the place.In the center of Canasveiras, everything was extraordinary...Live Music, Transportation, everything everything brilliant. The girls at the bar were very friendly

Everything was perfect, the service and attention, the place is beautiful, a wonderful view, with a very beautiful beach, I highly recommend it, our room was also very beautiful, organized. It truly exceeded all my expectations. I already want to go back.

I confess that I wouldn't post anything about my stay, but I believe it is an opportunity for everyone. The check-in and check-out service was not a great experience. I believe that they have already been so harmed by ill-intentioned guests that concern about approach or a minimum of empathy is restricted to procedures. The management tried to portray themselves with a treat of fruit and sparkling wine, but as EMPATHY said… they didn't understand that I was traveling with my wife who was pregnant and allergic to pineapple, for example. (But how would they know?) Anyway, apart from the frustrated attempts to have a service costing 800 reais a day, which looks more like a 250… Apar**ents showing the need for corrective maintenance on furniture and bathroom metals, but hygiene in the rooms and linen is OK. Breakfast and restaurant and bar service were also ok… nothing out of the ordinary. Parking is charged in the afternoon and even at another machine for financial transactions (I confess that this type of friction for the daily rate does not make sense for the guest). Finally, the development is on the seafront, right next to the main access, so there may be a bit of disturbance if you are looking to rest before 4 am. Interesting experience for an unforgettable honeymoon.
