We only booked this hotel as we were away on business and attending Biofach at the exhibition centre nearby. Of course prices went through the roof as an exhibition was on, my company £364 for a basic twin room per night / for 3 nights - over £1000 in total! When I arrived, yes the room was clean but I was suprised at how basic it was for the price, plus the fact it looked nothing like the pictures on trip advisor. I also looked on booking.com to see there was rooms available for that night for less than half of what we paid. I went down to reception and asked if there was any other rooms available as I felt our room was very poor quality for the price, and we overpaid compared to the current price for available rooms. I’ve never seen someone at reception seem to offended at such a standard question. She asked me ‘what my point was’, and insisted there were no rooms available except those that hadn’t been renovated. Answering my question if an available better room was available seemed impossible and she said I should speak to the manager the next day. However there was a very helpful woman who checked me in. Before I even got round to speaking to a manager the next day we decided to go the gym. Of course the gym isn’t signposted anywhere in the hotel, why would a key facility be? I asked the woman at the desk (who was on her mobile phone) where it was and she pointed ahead of her and said the door on the left after the glass door. There were 3 doors, of course none said gym on and they all looked the same. I picked one and ended up in the stock room. I went back and asked her to confirm again but she just pointed again as it must have been too much effort to walk round from the desk and show me. Of course I eventually found it, no air con, music or lights but not suprised. When we first arrived the lady at reception recommended booking for the restaurant as it gets busy, we didn’t book that night and we were asked by the waiter if we had a reservation but luckily there was space. We decided the next day to request a booking to which the response was ‘you don’t need to book there’s lots of rooms’, to which I confirmed what the waiter had said and so she reluctantly wrote my room number down on a piece of paper. I never even complain, especially when away on business, but only 1 night in I felt I needed to The plus side is the food is good, and the location is 10 minutes from the exhibition, shame it was taken over from the Hilton and the customer service is beyond poor.

We stopped over and stayed at Ramada in Nuremberg for just one night during a trip across Europe. The receptionist was extremely helpful and shared the latest Covid-19 restrictions valid in Bavaria with us. The room was spacious and - what we needed most - quiet. Cleanliness was perfect.

Very nice place with excellent staff, always smiling and willing to do the best for you . the room was very nice clean and quite. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. breakfast was excellent too. If you looking for a nice hotel this is the right place

Eco-Apartments, Nürnberg An interesting property! Trying to get entry is cumbersome! But when calling the property reception so to speak, the lady very helpful and assisting us to get Credit Card style cards issued which worked like a charm, suggestion don’t reply on the internet (correction card worked fine first day, but 2nd day onwards didn’t work at the Gym, had to get the internet log in working, wasted 25 minutes) The Good: its walking distance to FrauenTor & Altstadt including 2 great churches & shopping/markets etc! Apartment itself small but nicely furnished, great for 1 person, adequate at best for 2, if you carry luggage for 6 weeks! (Furniture apparently mainly chinese made el cheapo) Kitchenette small but works! BE AWARE, no microwave! But everything else available including 2 ceran tops! Equipment and table ware plenty for this size apartment! Fridge good size, standard oven available! (Correction, found the microwave by accident, was build into the Oven function, would have been nice to have an instruction/introduction somewhere!😥) While the crockery was decent, cutlery and cookery ware not only pretty cheap but not user friendly) Large balcony, but view to the back of a bunch of buildings! So don’t stay there if a nice view is what you are looking for! The bathroom, barely can make it, quite tight, so if you are large size, watch it! 😂😂😂 Be aware, no service at all, you gotta run around for towels (pay extra) refills for Soap & Shampoo not barely enough, Staff working there if you are lucky to catch one, doesn’t speak either English or German and only give you a blur / disinterested look! The Bed, oh my god, size is ok, but the bed covers are a joke, especially in the winter! 2 small cushions, and 2 even smaller ones, sorry but not good enough! 2 sets of chairs, one for the mini dining table, another 2 one for mini desk and a kind of a smallish comfy chair! The heating system, if like us you come from a warmer climate, be aware that the heating is set to 21C, for living area can adjust, but for bathroom it will always reset to 21C even if you want to increase the temperature, it will eventually come down, especially annoying if you need to dry clothing on the provided rack! WIFI, available, but don’t hold your breath, seems when most residents try to access them expect constant slowdown/interruptions! Downloading of mail can take time! In today’s world not good enough! Gym, surprisingly, even if it is located in the dungeons, good quality and choice of equipment, so if this is your thing, it’s better then most places we visited! However, better speak German if you want to use some of the equipment, such as step master, the cycle & treadmill! Carpark, goodness, it’s tighter then tight, access through the room card, be ultra careful! it’s ok for mini and smart cars, but for a mid size SUV! Good luck! Good location, super nice and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet very extensive and delicious! For people who don't sit all day in the hotel room, but (as you should actually see it) ”only in the room sleep the prize winner for me! I'm glad to come back.

Wow, what a great hotel! Friendly, efficient and helpful reception. For difficult sleepers the best rooms (sound proofing, airco that cools, good beds) where I slept like a baby. On top a great walk in shower with rain shower. Parking available with plenty of room (14 euro per night). Breakfast is great as well. What a nice way to end my holiday! Only disadvantage I can think of is the location if you want to be near many good bars and restaurants, but the city center is not that far away.

We enjoyed our stay. Three of us had a large room with three twin beds. And the wonderful vroom vroom alarm clock. No problem! That's why everyone stays there! We had a good dinner there, and good breakfast. And Lucia, the Italian chicken place across the road was great too! Only small complaint is the bathroom has no door for privacy.

We always visit Novotel hotels. You always get the same quality for a decent price. Same goes for this hotel. Although the carpet could be renewed (feels old and dirty) and the bathrooms are dated, this Hotel is pretty much like all Novotels.

Very nice, quiet hotel, something from the center. Good parking facilities. nice and pre-eminent staff. Rooms are good. However, the 'plastic material' was disturbing on the mattress. Maybe that can be changed. Whenever the room was turned in bed, this 'plastic part' was heard. Breakfast, both the choice and the room offer in the breakfast room, very good. Also the restaurant, with the Candlelight dinner offered, very good.
