The service is excellent. Simo and the cleaning lady were very accommodating and super friendly. Simo gave us great tips for the city. The room was very clean and large. The breakfast was also very tasty. Moreover, you can quickly get to the place if you don't get lost.

We were three friends visting Fez. The people runing the place was the best, specially Simo. He helped us in every single way, looking for our wellcare in every moment. The place was clean and good-looking. The swimmingpool very nice. Excellent views from the terrace. We would repeat for sure!!

Thank you so much for everything during our Dinner in Riad Zitouna . Simo is really considered and arranged everything well. Nice people and, the very good food I had in Morocco was spectacular and delicious highly recommended.

We have been here for 4 night, the staff has been always super welcoming and nice with us, the place is beautiful, clean and very smart placed for the Medina, you can reach everything nearby, they organize you tours and are always helpful for any advice, breakfast is simply delicious. We had a wonderful stay at the Ryad. Our guests, Simo and Ikram, gave us a truly Moroccan experience. The place is clean, food is good and is very well managed. They made us feel like part of the family and provided services beyond our expectations. A must if you going to Fez without a doubt …highly recommended

Riad Zitouna is a gem in the busy medina. As soon as you walk through the door, an oasis of peace and attention opens up. Simo and Ikram do everything they can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The breakfast is delicious, well cared for with freshly baked Moroccan delicacies. The Riad is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Be sure to take a look at the roof terrace for a beautiful panoramic view of the medina. Tip: getting lost in the medina is part of it with the maps.me application we came a long way. Take a good look at the walls because Riad Zitouna is soon indicated there or let yourself be guided. Simo will be happy to arrange that for you!

Nous avons eu un vrai coup de cœur pour ce Riad, très bien décoré et extrêmement propre ! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’extrême gentillesse de Mohamed et des deux femmes qui s’occupaient du ménage et petit déjeuner extraordinaire et délicieux. Mohammed a su être d’une disponibilité sans pareil, nous trouvant toujours des solutions lorsque nous devions nous déplacer, il a même eu la gentillesse de réparer mon téléphone ! Si vous venez dans ce Riad, vous trouverez plus qu’une prestation hôtelière d’exception, mais un personnel charmant et accueillant toujours disponible ! Merci pour tout, vous êtes une des raisons pour lesquelles nous avons envie de retourner à Fès.

Un petit riad bien sympathique avec deux grandes terrasses qui donne sur la ville il faut y aller le soir pour avoir une belle vue sur la ville de Fès Ce riad est très intime de part ces 6 chambres seulement mais aussi pratique car il est a 5 minutes de la médina il reste aussi central pour faire toute vos visites et excursions qui peut s organiser avec Simo le gestionnaire de riad . Les chambres et les salles de bain très propre , les petits déjeuners sont très soignée part Ikram qui a toujours le sourire ça fait plaisir de bon matin 👍 Simo vous accueillera avec panache il a toujours le bon petit mot pour vous sentir bien mais aussi vous rendre service ou donner des conseils toujours avec le sourire 👍 Continuez l équipe Simo et Ikram vous faite un travail formidable nous avons passé un bon bon séjour à Fès Mallory et Jérôme
