After Lover's Bridge is the north gate of the ancient city, which is very convenient for eating and playing. The hotel also upgraded us to a river view room. When we opened the balcony door, we could sit on the small swing and enjoy the river view at night. It was so comfortable! It took 3-5 minutes to walk to the Liwan parking lot. The housekeeper Xiaotian and his brother came to the parking lot to pick us up and dropped us off at the parking lot when we left. You can choose your own breakfast the day before, and it will be delivered to the room at the agreed time the next morning. The special steamed rice, rice noodles, milk, eggs, cakes and fruits are all very good! I also gave a local specialty ginger candy as a gift when I left the store, thank you!

This is my Nth time to go to Phoenix. I saw this hotel in December (I didn’t book it because it was too popular). This time I went with my family. Unexpectedly, I was lucky. I booked a twin room. The hotel is modern and minimalist. Style, clean environment, great! The mattress is very comfortable (I don't like very soft ones, otherwise my back will be sore when I wake up the next day). The comfort level of this one is just right. Checked in on the 2nd and 6th. It was hail and snowy weather in Hunan starting from the 3rd. It was very cold. I am very afraid of the cold. The room was fully heated. I slept well all night and slept until dawn. The location of the hotel is also super easy to find. It is right next to Nanhuali KFC. It's less than 3 meters away, and it only takes 3 minutes to enter the ancient city from the hotel. The hotel's girl, Xiaoyu, is really considerate. After talking on the phone, she came to pick us up (Thank you so much for such a cold day). She was very gentle in her words. What is particularly unforgettable to me is that because I got up too late for breakfast in the hotel (breakfast ended at 11 o'clock, we didn't get up until 10:46 😭) my niece wanted to have breakfast, and the hotel specially brought the best mixed powder and drinks. The child is very happy🌟

I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel. The Hotel's管家，莉莉，welcome us warmly when we reached the hotel. She helped us to book the hotel transfer from the train station before our arrival. She upgraded our room to a very beautiful one bedroom suite. The suite is well decorated, clean and comfortable with all modern amenities. The hotel even provide free transport to and from the ancient town scenic area. 莉莉 will help to co-ordinate for us. When we check out of the hotel, they even give us local snacks as gift. My husband and I really had a v good time staying at this hotel.

We booked 2 rooms. Wonderful homestay using the latest technology to offer guests a top notch service. Lighting, curtains and TV can be voice- activated. The owner drove us from the train station himself and got his people to love our bags into the establishment, about 200 metres into the old town from the carpark. We were so impressed with the rooms that we wanted to stay a second night. Even though it was quite late at night, he drove us back to the station to get our train tickets changed. This took us an hour but he patiently waited outside station for us. Also grateful to him for upgrading one room to a suite.
