Xiangxi Grand Hotel

The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes from the old town. Room service is also great, and the robot delivery for meals is very convenient. The hotel's parking lot is also spacious, which is much better than staying at a B&B. Overall, it's very good.

The location is great, very close to Hongqiao, a core scenic spot, and within walking distance. There's also a high-speed rail shuttle bus stop right outside the hotel, which is super convenient. The hotel offered welcome fruits and an upgraded room, and even gave us special Xiangxi souvenirs when we checked out. It was a really excellent experience.

Stayed here for a business trip and overall, I was very satisfied. The hotel is conveniently located, and the front desk staff processed check-in quickly and efficiently with professional and courteous service. The room was clean and quiet, perfect for both work and rest, with complete facilities. Housekeeping regularly tidied the room. The on-site dining was clean and affordable, offering excellent value for money. It's my top choice for business travel; I'll definitely book again for my next trip.

I originally just booked a room, but ended up inviting friends for a spontaneous KTV session at the hotel. It was a fantastic experience! The KTV room had excellent ventilation, so it never felt stuffy or smoky. The large screen had clear picture quality, and the microphones had plenty of battery life. The selection of snacks and drinks was extensive, and the prices were very reasonable with no hidden markups. The soundproofing was exceptional – absolutely no worries about disturbing other guests. The service was attentive; they greeted us warmly when we arrived and left, and any minor equipment issues were immediately addressed and fixed. The environment was comfortable, the equipment worked perfectly, and overall, I was extremely satisfied!

Excellent location and decent room facilities. The shuttle bus stop is right outside, making it super convenient to get in and out of the city, including direct access to the high-speed train station. Hongqiao (presumably Hongqiao Airport or Hongqiao Railway Station) is just a 5-minute walk away, and there are plenty of dining options nearby.

Extremely satisfied with this trip! My friends and I came to Fenghuang Ancient City. The shuttle service here is incredibly convenient, right outside the hotel entrance. We wore the beautiful Miao costumes provided by the hotel, had our makeup done, and went to the Hongqiao Bridge by the river to take some amazing photos with my girlfriends. We also enjoyed some exceptionally delicious local specialty snacks.

After a long search on Trip.com, I finally settled on this hotel, and it truly exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The lobby was spacious and bright as soon as I walked in. They even have a self-service check-in area for Trip.com VIPs, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. I was very pleased with the room – it was large, well-lit, and fully equipped. The in-room smart speaker (Xiao Du) was a fantastic touch, playing soft music that helped me drift off to sleep peacefully. The cleanliness was impeccable, and there was a subtle, pleasant fragrance. When I ran out of water, I contacted the butler, and a fresh supply was delivered immediately – the service was simply outstanding. The hotel restaurant served a delicious dinner at a reasonable price, with plenty of options to choose from, making for a very satisfying meal. What really stood out was its proximity to the ancient city. After dinner, it was just a few minutes' walk to Youhong Bridge in the heart of the ancient city. I even met an old lady selling flower wreaths. Strolling through the ancient city, wearing a locally woven flower wreath, was a truly delightful experience.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the ancient city, but also because it's not right in the center. At my age, I worry about getting a good night's sleep. And indeed, I wasn't disappointed – I slept soundly all night. The room facilities are very complete, the soundproofing is excellent, and the room itself is clean and hygienic. They also have a gym and a badminton court, so after returning to the hotel, I could even have a friendly match with my friends. The special service was also incredibly helpful. I added them on WeChat, they sent complimentary fruit, and I could contact the housekeeper for any issues. The breakfast is particularly worth recommending; it was exactly to my taste, and I ate a lot! They even have freshly ground coffee, which tasted great. I also had a bowl of rice noodles – super satisfying! After a full meal, I went back to explore the ancient city again. It only takes a few minutes to reach the Hong Bridge, which is the core of the ancient city. I was fully immersed in the miniature world of 'Border Town' and Cui Cui, as written by Shen Congwen, filled with nostalgic memories!
