Lovely hotel with amazing views. The gentleman that checked us in was so nice and helpful. Thank you Hector!!
The room is stocked with basic necessities, plus bottles of wine, soda and water.
Great deal for the money. 10/10 will recommend.
The one thing about Valle in general is that the roads are still all dirt, and it can be quite difficult to drive in. Especially if you have a car. Lots of big potholes. But if you drive slowly, it add the experience of going off road to your trip, lol.
Love this place. Love Mexico.

Book the room with rose petals, a bottle of wine and a cheese board, they didn't prepare it. The heater for the shower does not work sometimes it comes out cold and then hot, I booked the jacuzzi and they agreed to clean it, we went and it was dirty, the bed is made of pure memory foam and it is horrible, the main thing is there is no lobby where you can complain or at least help you, the wifi did not work either (they only have Netflix on the tv) the facilities are good but they urgently need staff to attend to the guests, trained staff

The shower is very bad, there is no pressure and only a few drops come out. Large amount of water got into the room during the rain. The closet has very few hooks. The room is nice and the air conditioning works well.
