Ark Hotel Osaka Shinsaibashi

The excellent trip to Japan. This country is very clean and people have a good polite. And the food is fabulous,I will come back again with my family.

I felt great & comfortable experience in Ark Hotel 1) I first met a gentleman Staff with silver grey hair of front desk on my check in date. His well English accent with a patiently response about my question of TV card & card vending machine operation system. He invited me to my room for TV card demonstration too. 2) I wish I've known this Silver grey hair Gentleman's name. I wish I could say good bye and thanks for his service. However, he wasn't on his duty when I left. Would Trip.com help me & let me know Silver grey hair Staff 's name. I wish I could say thank to him through Ark Hotel Osaka Shinsaibashi official EMAIL.. The place is exceptionally clean and conveniently located, with easy access to the shopping district. More importantly, it’s just a short walk from the train station, making it very convenient for getting around. The staff are also highly accommodating, providing a warm and pleasant experience throughout the stay.

Room is smaller but ok for 2 luggages. Location wise is great, next to two major stations. But it's a bit distance to it's shinsaibashi, which suppose to be it's selling point (1km). But overall I enjoy the stay!

Stayed here for 4 days with friends and had a very good experience. The location is excellent, right near Shinsaibashi, making it very easy to walk around, shop, and find food. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and housekeeping was consistent throughout the stay. Staff were polite and helpful, even with language differences. Amenities are simple but sufficient for a longer stay focused on exploring the city. Overall, a great base for sightseeing in Osaka. Convenient, comfortable, and good value for a group of friends.

great service, good location next to exit 4 of NAGAHORIBASHI metro station free ice free amenities free microwave but the bed was a bit small and blanket too and also bad smell from smoke🥲 all over the first floor

This hotel is under Hotel Route Inn management. So the room is as usual to be small and cramped. Yet its facilities are far less than Hotel Route Inn. No public bath. Poor breakfast variety choice. Chargeable car parking. Hotel also locates 10 mins. to 15 mins. walk from all tourist spots. Hotel serves guests in tourist region rather than key business region. Tourists like to have snapshots and take photos. Some receptionist is impolite to interfere tourist to take snapshots in hotel. Working in hospitality industry, don't understand why staff is allowed to wear masks instead of smiling face. It seriously causes guests bad impression.
