Great location, closed to the food market. Amazing pool with view. Rooms good equipped but a bit small, better to check better is the room type suits for extra bed. Breakfast was good enough with a choice of western/chinese/Indian food.

The location, personnel and amenities were lovely. I had the 'no window' room and it was extremely humid, as the AC was not drying the air sufficiently.

Nice, cosy room. Suitable for any occasion. Lau Pa Sat is right in front of the hotel and there's a convenient store on the first floor. The rooftop bar is great too.

Very minimal service provided and interaction for a “small luxury hotel of the world” compared to those I have been to. Overall it was a good stay. Cozy Room is small but well equipped. Old duvet and its cover has patches of red colour stains. The quality of the bedding and linens can be better.

Great location right next to Lau Pa Sat and business area. The building itself is a historical building. Staff and service are great. But the bathtub / water pipe isn’t in the best condition. The water leak through the wall to the bedroom area sometimes. But still manageable though. The other down side is that the lighting is a bit too dark for the bedroom area. Also if you’re looking for fancy breakfast with loads of option, this might not be your type of place. Breakfast is so so here. In general it’s a good place to stay!

Location wise CBD area , u know the crowd during lunchtime....best to takeout and eat in...booked the balcony suite, was super spacious but AC wasn't cold and couldn't adjust cos it's centralised, bathtub was huge and can fit 2pax, balcony is shared with 2 other units so if they're out u can see them clearly. Ice bucket was chargeable after 1st very small bucket (it's like I can't even chill our champagne) no free parking though there's space for 4 cars I felt and parking is hefty in CBD best to parallel park at boon tat street cost me $20 from 3pm-1pm next day. No Deco, nothing was done when I requested in advanced for room to have simple touch up for a birthday. Just a plate of fruits that's it. The day bed smelt of pee or whatever stains was on it. The so called motorised auto curtains didn't even work...there were gaps & was disruptive in the morning with light shining in. Ok that's besides the point. That very night, my fiance the birthday girl had cravings for Thai food which the hotel restaurant didn't have, so I ordered grabfood at 9+pm & the delivery guy left it at the concierge, Reception called, I asked if they can deliver it up to my room as I was in the shower, they replied : " sorry if it's not our restaurant food we don't deliver it up to your room, you have to come down yourself" I was appalled by such service for a SUITE, it's not a NORMAL ROOM FYI. To top it up with their service, At 1130am I had a recep knocking on my door to ask if I'm checking out at 12pm....??? Is this normal??? Do they go to every room to knock??? Like I know I have to check out at 12pm, I'm a kid. Having paid 600+ for 1night. I felt it wasn't justifiable for the service, the attitude, the disturbance I had for just that 1night stay of a not-so happy celebration I wanted to have with my fiancé alone. Pls buck up guys

Terrible service, blamed us for their failure. Room missing a sofa and didn't rectify, without us making a fuss. Room was old with stained marble, don't let the room pictures fool you, the room is very narrow and there is a corridor that extends 1/2 the length of the room, wasted space. The only positive thing I can say is it's in the CBD so its convenient but I suspect that there are many nearby hotels that will fit that bill. Last but not least, it was pretty expensive, especially for what we got won't recommend to anyone.

I actually had a horrible experience at this establishment. The manager who I attempted to contact about my issues was rude, unprofessional, and should definitely not be managing that property. I will say that the food was excellent at the restaurant, especially the duck coffee and almost everything I had there was outstanding as long as there wasn’t any MSG in it. The door refused to lock which actually bothered me a lot because I’m a little insecure about room safety and but after double checking it numerous times I finally got it to close properly. The remote to the television didn’t work properly and I called down about it, but even the technician who came up to check it said it was a faulty unit at the receptionist, I believe her name was Anastaysia was quite rude on multiple occasions, and I found myself having a bite, my tongue and refrain from complaining. I would never go back to this restaurant I mean to this hotel. Take your chances if you want to, it does not deserve to be in the Hyatt property umbrella. It’s an inferior property. And Gary Chan the manager was ineffective, he lacked any kind of diplomacy and he had foul breath, too. So it was a gruesome experience bringing the hotels faults to his attention
