The environment is very good and the room decoration is pretty good. The recommended restaurant’s coconut crab set meal is enough for a family of three. Breakfast has less variety.

The hotel is on a small island, the room size is acceptable, the sanitation is good, the hotel service is poor, for example, there is no shampoo area in the cleaning room during the day, and when I come back to the main station at night to report, I promise to deliver it, but no one delivers it in the morning, self-help There are few varieties of breakfast, and the buffet dinner cost about 150 AUD for two people. There are few varieties of buffet dinner, which is very deceitful. If you ask the front desk to check out one hour late, you need to pay additionally, which is too inhumane. The environment of the island is acceptable, there is a swimming pool, the beach is very small and poor, the price of the hotel is ridiculously high, not worth recommending

Iririki Island is a short complimentary ferry ride from Port Vila in Vanuatu but while you can see the lights of the town, this island might as well be miles away from the rest of Efate in Vanuatu. We opted for an over the water Fare’ with fishes for neighbours but all of the other Villa are just as impressive. the vibe is very Island Time but the staff are some of the nicest people on earth and genuinely want your holiday to be the best it can be. Infinity Bar and Auzure Restaurant are the adult section with 180 degree views over the port and the rest of island to the North. Cocktails by the pool are recommended and the complimentary breakfast is a mix of local fresh fruit, French pastries and a constantly changing cooked breakfast bar. the other end of the island is for families with kids with rooms wrapping around the series of pools in the sunset zone. Stunning views mix with a caring staff who obviously enjoy working here and it shows.

Just want to say that Iririki staff did such an amazing job managing the troubles around our flights. They went out of their way to help in a very difficult situation and they deserve big praise for all they did. There were heaps of others in the same position as us and talking to other people they all said the same about how great the management and staff handled this very difficult time.

Totally enjoyed our 2 week stay here, the staff were genuinely friendly and they made our stay amazing. their smiling faces and generosity of spirit created numerous special moments for us to remember. Accommodation facilities had everything we could have wanted for a home away from home. favourite bits- ni Vanuatu staff, free snorkelling and kayaking around the island, swimming in the several pools, the breakfast buffet was awesome. Walking around the island gave us the opportunity to connect with nature, to savour the sights and sounds of the island, the many different plants, flowers and trees including coconut, paw paw and banana trees, and to see the blue tailed lizards, and various birds. Ideal location, very private, but could socialise easily when u wanted too, and only mins from the bustle of Port vila and many other tours and attractions on Efate. Will be back!

Overall, we had an enjoyable experience. Nice snorkeling. Pool was a beautiful temperature. Gorgeous evening sunset cocktails with views to die for. However, there were a number of things that weren’t quite up to scratch. The beds are very hard. Great if you love a super hard bed. The TV did not work in the room. Twice, they forgot to give us fresh towels, it gets hot and often we would have up to 3 showers in the day. Nothing seems to dry as it’s so humid. Our seven nights there, the restaurant had four buffet themed nights that were close to AU$100 each. The daily news often isn’t given out until about 8:30-9 am in the morning (these advertise that there are themed nights on), So if you miss the daily news, and you come back after a day out and expect to be able to order à la cart, you have no choice but to order the $100buffet. Certainly not money’s worth, plus if you have children they pay half…$50. The à la cart, doesn’t have a great deal on it anyway, and there were never any daily specials. We found it was cheaper to travel back to Port Vila to get food. You cannot bring your own alcohol onto Iririki Island, and yet they supply wine glasses in your room? Go figure! Breakfast lacked variety in fresh fruit and cereal was Rice Bubbles or cornflakes, a bit of muesli would have been appreciated. Often there was no maple syrup for pancakes and we were told they ran out. Bacon was nice, and they will cook you fresh fried eggs, but please order your eggs before choosing food or you may have to wait up to 20 mins to get them. Staff are beautiful, welcoming and friendly. But work long hours and 6 days a week. The gardens were maintained well and the island is still a work in progress following the cyclone. It’s very hilly and it’s virtually impossible to get the cart. They come every half hour but are unreliable. So if you have sore knees etc, this island isn’t for you. We flew out late in the afternoon and were told we could stay in the room until we needed to leave the island. Free of charge. Beauty we thought, we can go for a swim have lunch by the pool, go back and shower and then onto the hot humid airport refreshed. NOPE. We got a letter shoved under the door the night before (after already speaking to reception) saying we need to be out at 11am and it would cost approx $40-50 dollars Australian per hour to stay extra. So we felt our last day was a waste of time and they should be more lenient with checkout times. It’s not like they were inundated with guests. I do understand most hotels have checkout times, but I found under these kinds of circumstances most were more lenient with checkout times.

My wife and I are currently staying and I think this place is really great. Being an island there are views all around and you look over the coral reef out the front and the islands in the distance. Super beautiful especially over the sunsets. Awesome

We have just spent the best 10 days here. The staff are absolutely awesome. Beautiful room, we had a Premium Bungalow - Water Front. Fantastic views. The bed was awesome, great shower. The pools, bars & Restaurants were all awesome. The Guest Experience Team help us organise all our tours. Nothing was too hard. Will definitely be back.
