East Lake-Orient Park Hotels & Accommodations

Hotel room was clean and the girl who checked us in was nice. Other than that probably won't stay here agin. Breakfast was less than desirable and couldn't even get water! Only water they had was flavored and I can't have citrus. When I asked the first person didn't understand, the second person tried to show me the water and didn't understand I wanted plain water. The third person said they had none and if I wanted water I would have to BUY it from their store. Seriously? I'm not asking for fancy bottled water...just plain water! Trying to check out the girl was too busy chatting with her coworkers then to help me at the desk. Only until a housekeeper walked by and noticed did she come over to help. And then couldn't even apologize for the wait. Of course she was the same person who told me I would have to buy water. There was some type of chocolate all over the floor in the elevator and lobby when we came back from being out. The next day it was still not cleaned up! The new $5 parking fee is a rip off! There is nothing around to warrant a parking fee. The last time we stayed here was a few years back and there was no fee and the stay was MUCH better. Won't be back unless something is changed!

There were 5 nights there. Good price/performance ratio. Are Hilton Diamond customers what does not have a big advantage there. The hotel is located something outside a office zone, which is why you need a car. The breakfast is OK and continental is actually enough. The rooms are a little older and partly awaiting what would actually be renovated. All clean and ordened. Some rooms are not recommended, however, since it seems that despite smoking bans, they are sometimes smoked in the rooms or are close to the guest washing rooms and are also in front of them with noise equipment. There you should then contact the staff for another room. This has worked best and smoothly with us. The air conditioning in the room is, as mostly in the United States, relatively noisy and the refrigerator is also heard. We would like to emphasize particularly the extremely friendly and helpful staff, all from the reception to the restaurant to cleaning. They have been treated so rarely and familiarly. Very close to the airport, pay special attention to the traffic jam when driving nearby The room is average, the parking fee is 20 dollars a night under the spit - many nearby are free parking and 10 dollars a night (just in a hotel) The air conditioner was broken. In the middle of the night, the air conditioner cover was turned over and broken. There has been no one for phone repairs. No one has repaired it for three days. Breakfast is OK, not bad. Toilet and hotel layout is worth complaining The paper towels are dirty and the bathroom is all water. No floor drain - natural air drying. That's right. The shower is broken.

The place is clean, very spacious, and comfortable, The staff is friendly and it's only minutes from the ******.

Stayed here for one night while looking at the University of Tampa with my daughter and her friend. I had the fold out and still got a good night sleep. Trevor and Dawnn at the front desk were very helpful and nice. 5 star employees. Good location if you have a car. Close to airport and downtown and Ybor. Breakfast was fine for an included breakfast. There is a very nice WaWa right there if you need anything. Only small thing is it can be confusing to get to it but I'm not from FL so not used to divided highways. Would definitely stay here again.
