The evening front dest attendant, Jami, was incredibly and genuinely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. She is legitimately one of the nicest people in customer service I have a countered in a long time.

Told them we were returning for the heated pool, but did not tell me the heater was broken. Upon arrival told them how we were looking forward to the warm pool, and still did not tell me the part they needed had not arrived after 2 weeks. Also, there was no staff at the reservation desk most of the time. Then, if you wanted to use the microwave after so-called breakfast, you will need to bring your own paper plates and utensils. While you are at it, bring your own TP as well because theirs is as thin as you'll find anywhere.

This hotel claimed that we took two pillows and proceeded to charges $70. I informed them that we actually had to sleep with a blanket underneath our heads because they weren’t two pillows on the bed. They were hostile and obviously this is a scam that they run based on previous reviews that I have now read.

Arrived on a Saturday and we were told the pool heater was broken and would be fixed in three days. It wasn’t. Sign on the door looked like it was there a while. After seeing other reviews, it appears the pool heater has been out of service for a while. Otherwise a good experience, clean basic room, close to the downtown area and highway. We just needed a place to sleep, we weren’t looking for a resort, so it was fine.

The indoor pool was not heated unlike it was advertised as. Breakfast was slim pickings, but what was there was good. All staff were very friendly.

All of the staff were very helpful and courtious. I wish the floors had a little more insulation. The couple above us were really having quite the time. I was lulled to sleep by what sounded like thunder for a long time. Great location and very clean.

When I checked in the lady was nice, when I checked out of the hotel the guy that helped me wasn't very nice. He took my keys and all he said was "thanks" and didn't tell me when I am going to be getting my money back since I had to put $100 down at check in, which wasn't stated anywhere when I booked the hotel that I would be needing to pay that. Also I wish they had a better breakfast variety, they didn't really have much so that was disappointing.

The pool was amazing! The room was cute and cool. The beds were kinda hard. Amazing shower heads! No elevator however!
