The equipment and utensils are old and simple; the restaurant has few breakfast varieties and no refills after taking them, and the service is poor.

Although the hotel facilities are a bit old, the service is very good. There was a problem with the bed in the room. After reporting it, the manager personally changed the room. After communication, the two beds were changed across the floor. I like this service! The breakfast is a buffet, which is pretty good! There is a gym where you can play darts and table tennis. Although it is very musty in the basement, it is bearable for people who love sports.

Although it is marked as a five-star hotel, you should not force yourself to meet the standard five-star requirements in Dongying. The hygiene and hardware are OK. However, more than 30 minutes after checking in, I went out of the hotel to refuel, and I was charged 5 yuan for parking. I came back to ask the front desk, and they said that I needed to scan the door code. The code without text reminder was indeed standing at the front desk, but it was not anywhere. No one reminded me to scan the door code when I checked in. I kindly reminded the front desk twice and suggested posting a reminder, but no one paid attention to this matter. It is really unacceptable to be charged parking fees for staying in a "5" star hotel
