Fantastic hotel luxury cosy and food is amazing, always love coming to Harvey’s I make a point in going every year, it’s hard to beat on our doorstep, stayed 2 nights ate in the dining room and the food was outstanding, breakfast to die for, done the cookery class and wine tasting was lovely bit disappointed that Michael cut the wine tasting short he didn’t do the red wine, we ate in the bar 2nd night food was lovely, staff are lovely Colm and Pauric. A lovely touch when we landed they had Prosecco and fruit from 4 to 6 pm. I be back

Harveys point is the most idyllic, relaxing hotel , I have ever stayed in . I can't begin to list all the wonderful points, especially as I couldnt find even one negative thing to say.. the personal touch was second to none , its like we were friends visiting their home as it was the warmest welcome I have ever received. From our luggage being brought to our room , the homemade cookies , a bedroom that I actually could have stayed in forever and the bathroom just was amazing!! My son has autism and the staff went totally out of their way to make sure he was happy at every moment including extra brocoli and mushy peas !! The breakfast was the best we ever had including the pancake station , food was amazing !!We played scrabble relaxing at the open fire in the bar and we never moved our car until we left 2 days later , that says everything. Harvey's Point you should be so proud of your staff and what you have created , as a carer to my son and also for my son with his autism, you gave us two amazing days of relaxation and feeling that we were important and special, I really can't thank you enough We cannot wait to return and see Eilish , Colm , Sarah and Sheila and look forward to seeing you all soon x

Place was spotless clean. We did the Sunday sleepover. Place was very busy but plenty of staff . Our room was not ready on arrival so I asked to push out the lunch, they then worked out a room for us all of a sudden as they would not move the lunch time. Rooms very clean and comfy. Sunday lunch was OK, soup nice but bred rolls had been sitting out for the day , starters very average , mains were very good and desserts only average. We went to have a drink after in the glass bar area and were told was for food only customers but there was no seats in the bar , we ended up having to tell them to find us a table and they did then reluctantly in the glass area, silly rule really for paying residents. Breakfast was good

Wow what a wonderful welcome from all the excellent staff at Harvey's Point. This hotel is set in an area of natural outstanding beauty. You immediately feel at peace and everything about this hotel cosets you in the warm Irish tweed which permeates throughout the hotel. The bedrooms have the wow factor with many facing the lake. The food is authentically local with wonderful flavors to match. The fine dining room is everything you would expect next to the circular bar which offers a vast range of drinks and simply food which is nonetheless delicious. Already looking forward to our next visit ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Outstanding customer service in a beautiful setting. Having visited Harvey’s Point several years ago it was nice to return for a 2 night stay. The food in the main restaurant was fabulous as were the views across the lake. The restaurant manager ensured we had a table at the window which just added to our great experience. The bedrooms are vast and although we didn’t have a lake view we had an equally pleasing view of the hills behind the hotel. Facilities in the bedroom were excellent with a Nespresso coffee machine and well stocked fridge adding to the luxury feel in this 4 star hotel, and the super Respa beds were just so comfortable. Lovely short walks around the hotel bordering the lake are well laid out. Would we return again, absolutely even just to experience the friendly welcome from all members of staff.

Lovely stay at this quiet, serene location. Everything was first class. We ate dinner and breakfast on site and enjoyed both immensely. The walk along the lake trail was beautiful and we saw the resident swans and their babies. Highly recommend Harvey’s Point!

First trip to Donegal County Ireland. Lovely area and Harvey’s Point was outstanding. Superb, personable staff. Breakfasts the best we have ever experienced in a hotel and staffed by friendly, highly efficient staff. Our room was more than spacious and exceptionally comfortable. We will definitely return and highly recommend staying here.

Very excellent service at reception, bar-delicious lunch. Breakfast service has endless possibilities for a fresh start for the day. The food was gorgeous and well presented. The room was clean and tidy, the balcony had spectacular views of the surrounding area. On top of this staff was exceptionally wonderful. The surrounding landscape was a gift. Cannot wait to return. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Haven’t been at the Sunday Carvery down there for a while now and it’s usually pretty good. However for the first time today the standards have definitely dropped and it’s unfortunate to see this. My main problem as usual with here is the main course. This time it was the lamb which was tough and possibly a bit undercooked as it was a little pink in the middle. I also had the roast spuds which were completely flavourless. Everything else was okay but overall a disappointing experience.
