We booked 2 rooms for my family the rooms are spacious, a bit old furniture but the price is no complain. In my room the King bed was comfortable, just a bed hook on the side of bed stickied out and I kicked on it. The pool were great, the main swimming pool had a lot of leaves due to the wind. Services are great there, people are nice and professional. I just learned the Villa with 3 bedrooms is actually good price which I'm going to try that next time.

The hot spring is ok 😌 I went to the hotel twice and the hotel was good, but it is difficult to refund the Ctrip booking deposit. Ctrip service is very bad now. I used to use Ctrip all the time and now it is very bad every time I use it. It would be best if you can book on *********** or other online sites. Next time I plan to use other networks to book tickets and rooms, mainly because Ctrip is too bad and too expensive.

AC would not turn on in our room so it was 78 degrees. Ceiling tiles had water damage. Grout in the shower was all sorts of colors. There was a tile coming off/broken in the shower. No blackout curtain. Beds weren’t comfortable. There is a general smell in the building and the rooms. I’ve stayed here a few times and never been impressed or happy. Sadly it’s the nicest in the area. So glad my family member who lives in Desert Hot Springs is moving so I won’t have to stay there anymore. The front desk was very nice and professional. The building is old and gross.

We had a great time at Miracle Springs! The hotel has one large hot mineral pool that’s kept at 80+ degrees all day long, and 7 jacuzzis of various sizes with even hotter temperatures. We went to the pools in the morning, afternoon, and evening, and always had wonderful experiences. We also took advantage of the spa and got fantastic Dead Sea mud trea**ents and facials. The hotel offers free parking, which was a big plus! The room itself was very nice, especially for how much we paid for it. We had a room with two queen beds, a couch, coffee table, dining table, TV, microwave, mini fridge, and bathroom. Everything we needed for comfort was either available in the room or easily accessible at the hotel. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Property is very outdated! Carpets, furniture, drapes very old and worn. Check in staff were good and the oil area was nice but from there, the place is downhill. Would not recommend and will not be back
