Staff were friendly and courteous. Hotel and surrounding area was clean for a downtown setting. Parking was simple and relatively convenient.

Although the garage was close by, the Skywalk is a one way from hotel to garage. Breakfast was decent

Friendly staff. Nice room. Enjoyable breakfast. Only downfalls were that the water in the shower didn't get too warm. Warm enough, but could have been warmer. Otherwise, great stay.

Feels dated, not the cleanest property, but the staff was friendly and accommodating and the location is good.

Was old food in the fridge, previous guests underwear in the drawer,, toilet wasn’t clean,, Luke warm shower on final morning,, Staff were friendly and helpful,,

Just sent a month traveling with my wife around country. My wife has mobility issues. This was the best hotel for her. The keys were spacious room for her to maneuver her cart and low bed height, she has short legs and a bum shoulder. Front deak and hospitality people were amazing and super helpful.

It was an impromptu trip. I enjoyed my stay the first time, so it was a give in to stay there again. Breakfast was good, service was good, and the woman working the kitchen area was AWESOME!

When we arrived, we were told the elevator didn’t work and would have to wait about 25 minutes, our room was on the 8th floor and had lots to carry. I was confused because there are 4 elevators. After about 35 minutes, that took us around the building and took us up another elevator. Throughout our 4 day stay, there were many notes about the elevator not working. The pool was inaccessible, as it needed to be cleaned, from what I heard from another guest. They do have parking, but extremely limited. 1 out of 2 treadmills didn’t work.

The only thing I didn’t like is it took forever for the water to get hot in our room . We were on the eighth floor. The rest of the property is great including the breakfast. Staff is great. Room is clean. The hallway is clean and smells good. The heat and air is quiet. The elevators are clean and fast.

Some of the other guests were noisy, but that in on the hotel. Downtown, conveniently, located And easy to get to.

Friendly at the counter and ease of getting in and iut plus the rooms were very large and comfortable

We liked the breakfast and the quality of the room. There was noise from the street but that is expected in a city. Parking was inconvenient but not bad.

Parking for this hotel is across the street which was a bit inconvenient, but not terrible. They have a "bar" area that we visited, but sat at the bar waiting for the girl to come over and help us, but ended up leaving to go to a different location for drinks because she never came over. We were the only two sitting there... Breakfast was very good and had a great selection. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Not only was the staff working at the front desk horribly rude and unprofessional. The hotel itself is in shambles the 1 working elevator was unsafe to use also all the doors connecting to the sky walk were open. The key access system was not working, the downtown has an issue with homelessness. Way too many issues with this hotel to put into a short review.
