This hotel has a “cannot do” attitude… I checked in with my corporate card. The machine asked me a PIN which I do not have when I inserted the card. I asked the hotel whether I can sign for the bill or make online payment in this case, which I can do it in other hotels. They told me no. It is the only way to give the PIN. Otherwise I cannot check in. If there is no cancellation fee, i wanted to go immediately. But I have to stay, So I had to pay for it privately. Then I asked whether they can prepare a receipt for me. I can give my company address.Because I need to leave early in the morning. They told me I can tell the one who works in the morning. Then I got a receipt with a wrong company name and address in the morning. I said no problem, but can you change for me? They firstly said it just cannot be changed. It is from the booking system. I said it cannot be true. Everywhere they can put your company name and address on the receipt. It is editable. After long discussion, They finally changed it. But told me I need to tell them at the time of check in regarding this. I said I told you. But your college asked me to do this with you in the morning. They said in this case we both were wrong. I am wondering what is my fault? Plus I have an early train I nearly missed due to all this. I feel they want to do the minimal work. Better you pay and they don’t need to do anything. Worst experience ever.

Overall this is a good hotel that I continue to come to when visiting family in Philadelphia. The staff is phenomenal, the hotel is generally very clean upon check-in and it's pretty convenient to most parts of the city. My biggest issue every time I stay is housekeeping. Although I take my tag off the door, I leave it at a good time , and see them on the floor, my room is never cleaned unless I actually stop at the front desk and request on my way out. He started leaving cards under your door to let you know they stop by unfortunately they slip the card under your door after you've already left your room. So essentially I leave the room no one has come by my tags off the door and when I come back as a card under my door. They did this twice during my last day and I had to complain at the front desk. I have stayed there for longer than five days and still only have my room clean one time and that was of course on request. Although the hotel has returned to normal operations this is what is lacking. Again the front desk staff are great, my check in the room is usually clean, and when I request things I've gotten them pretty quickly. I will continue to stay when I am in Philadelphia but I wish they would do something about housekeeping..

I live not far away from this hotel and bring my family here a lot and is for some reason always greeted by mr Sharif W. He is awesome, goes way and beyond to make sure your stay is more then average and goes way and beyond to help with any issues you may have. He always has a smile when he greets you always ask how was your day and welcome to the Delta hotel even though he sees me and my family a lot he always makes us feel welcome. This shouldn’t go unnoticed because there are a lot of ignorant front desk employees to makes you feel like you should go spend your money elsewhere but not here. Thank you Mr Sharif W for just being a great person and hopefully one day you will climb the ladder all the way up to sit in corporate and show them what being a Great Employee looks like. The heater was loud while it was running every time it came on.we were watching TV you could hear our neighbors like they were in bed with us you could hear every word. I said something to the front desk 4 to 5 times even the next morning that went on till 3 to 4 in the morning. Then we woke up to a dripping sound and the ceiling was leaking I said something to the front desk they said it was nothing they could do while it was raining. Do we at brunch that was 90..00 not worth it came back to the room ceiling still leaking and u can hear our neighbors talking and the loud heater we tried to relax and watch TV but from the loud heater and the dripping noise we couldn't take it wasn't staying another night we left at 3 or 4 pm room 430

We stayed here for 5 days while visiting my brother-in-law's family in the area. The rooms were clean, dish scrubbers were provided in the kitchen area and the breakfast was good - lots of variety and there was plenty of it. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space in the closet and dresser for my clothes. The food at the M-W socials was good and the beer was cold. The hotel is in a great area to walk around for exercise and convenient to a CrossFit gym in West Chester.

The hotel staff are very good, we arrived at the hotel at 2:30 in the evening, the hotel also gave us a half-day room rate. Breakfast can be eaten outdoors, blue sky and white clouds, a lot of wooden hydrangea, and a good mood. There is Gratuity on the cashier's meal, and the specific tip amount can be written, between 10% and 18%, and the housekeeping daily tip is 3-5 knives. Great hotel. It is said that Philadelphia's consumption is much lower than that of Boston.

The best hotel to stay at outside of Philadelphia! We loved our location, it was so convenient for all the areas we traveled to. It has a LEEDS Award which was fantastic. The breakfast was great and all the employees were soo nice and helpful. Since we were on a road trip, I had to do some laundry and that was so good to be able to do that. They even allow dogs and we gave a good boy🐶🥰Della our front desk manager was excellent! I give this hotel a “10.”

This was the last night of our 8 night road trip around Philadelphia and Washington. I must say this was the best hotel of our whole trip. It was very clean, modern and comfortably large. Wi-fi was great. Lots of choice on the TV and AC good. There is just one thing that let this room down - the lack of a bathroom door!? I don't know why this was the case - but a 'curtain' for a door is not ideal. And it seemed like a permanent thing too, not just that the door had been ripped off. Luckily I was staying with my husband, but if it had been two work colleagues staying together, I don't know if I would have liked that? Just a bit weird. Other than that the stay was excellent. The location was great for the nearby train stations and it was a short walk to the local restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Excellent value for money and it puts some of the other (more expensive) hotels we stayed in on our trip to shame.

There is Gratuity on the cashier's meal, and the specific tip amount can be written, between 10% and 18%, and the housekeeping daily tip is 3-5 knives. Great hotel. It is said that Philadelphia's consumption is much lower than that of Boston.

This was the last night of our 8 night road trip around Philadelphia and Washington. I must say this was the best hotel of our whole trip. It was very clean, modern and comfortably large. Wi-fi was great. Lots of choice on the TV and AC good. There is just one thing that let this room down - the lack of a bathroom door!? I don't know why this was the case - but a 'curtain' for a door is not ideal. And it seemed like a permanent thing too, not just that the door had been ripped off. Luckily I was staying with my husband, but if it had been two work colleagues staying together, I don't know if I would have liked that? Just a bit weird. Other than that the stay was excellent. The location was great for the nearby train stations and it was a short walk to the local restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Excellent value for money and it puts some of the other (more expensive) hotels we stayed in on our trip to shame.

I went to Swarthmore to visit the school, so I chose this hotel, which is very small and very warm. Located next to Swarthmore, this is a good school district, so the town is very beautiful.
