非常乾淨 床單被罩都是新換的很乾凈。視野光線也很好，樓下有地鐵站出行便捷。超市 水果店 餐館也挺多買東西也非常方便。離水城也很近性價比蠻高的。

本來看5星好評才選擇這家，到了以後比較失望。首先床對面就是個工地，白天的時候有施工聲。再次衞生一般，第二天枕頭翻過來才發現後面有污漬，本來用自己的床單也沒想追究，就讓老闆換一個，老闆還質問我第一天為什麼沒有説，我想問誰到了酒店不是第一時間休息而是檢查一下哪裡背面不乾淨嗎，連來換床品的大姐都承認説這是洗滌劑的問題，還拿新拿來的另一條有一點點黃色印記的讓我看説是一樣的，説不是臟了，老闆就是不承認，説我挑刺。服務態度太差了。

我們3個人住，空間大，特別舒服，床的硬軟也合適。樓下就是各種超市，水果店，地鐵，吃飯的店也不少。

先説好的，房間乾淨衞生，位置不錯，出行方便，就是周邊吃的很少。退按金的時候發微信老闆不及時回覆，非要打語音過去才回復我，打了兩三次語音吧，才退了按金，這是唯一讓我不舒服的點。其他都不錯。

來了一週了，第一次碰到這麼舒適優雅的設施，環境。當然主要老闆平易近人，人好心善，處處為客人着想，讓人感覺到温暖，給人美好的休息入住體驗，感謝！下回來了就直接入住這裏。沒得挑選，萬分感謝！
