Fabulous hotel for couples. The best house keeping of any where I have stayed in the world. Friendly and helpful staff. Roof top bar great. Two negatives though are: People reserving sunbeds and being away for hours and restaurants need to be booked in advance of departure.

We booked a one bedroom villa with a private pool. The room was lovely but overpriced for what it was. The service was good but the food only average. We had just come from the Ritz Carlton which had a much higher quality of food. The fact they say they have one of the best breakfasts in the whole of Spain is absolutely crazy, it is average at best and even though the choice is good the quality could be got at many a 4 star all inclusive. Having no a la carte menu and awful coffee are basics that should be standard. Overall a nice break away but no where near the hype and reviews make it out to be. For the same money it costs for a villa with private pool then go to the Ritz Carlton.

While the setting is pretty, we are disappointed by the quality control and service of this hotel. We paid for a 2 bedroom duplex villa (it is not a duplex) and the unit they assigned us has a non-working AC unit in the main room, there was a flood on our balcony from the pool (which soaked my daughter's dress when she walked out to see the view), and the TV in the living room does not work. We called and pointed out the issues right away. Four hours later nothing has been fixed. The hotel also told us we booked on ******* when in fact we booked through American Express Platinum Travel. Not at all a 5 star experience in line with what we paid.

It was a really good hotel! The staff were really nice, they were very helpful with all the amenities we needed. When we wanted to go to the well-being spa they even took us there by buggy. Spa was very professional, but the options were quite limited. The pools were really nice, and really chill. The kitchen was really well functional, but we did not have oil or butter to cook with. Would love to come back one day!!

Amazing hotel with excellent food and staff high standards. We stayed here for the first time in May 2024 and from the moment you walk in you are impressed by the welcome and design features of the hotel. The staff always went out their way to ask how you are and if you needed anything. The ability to have your own pool and have the luxuries of the hotel facilities to use was perfect. Fresh fish everyday at the Starfish Grill was fantastic and the view over the sea and at La Gomera was special. The cleanliness of the hotel was second to none. Only point if you intend to use the restaurants with a family only Starfish Grill and La Trattoria are really suitable for children and La Trattoria is closed some days so it’s difficult to dine there and even get a suitable table sitting between 18:30 to 19:30 as it’s booked very quickly. Ice creams at La Gelateria are amazing but again it’s closed two days a week and doesn’t open until 15:30 to 19:00. A gem of a hotel which is perfect if you want luxury and you have well behaved children.

I wanted to send this feedback in confidence rather than writing a tripadvisor review or similar but couldn’t find a feedback email on the website. We absolutely adore the hotel, staff and experience and have a wonderful time each time! But there are a few things which could make it even more fantastic and I’d like to share, as we visit several times a year. Firstly, please, please can you offer more diverse salads on your lunch/pool menu at starfish? All that’s currently available is a ‘vegetable’ and ‘Caesar’ salad which are boring and uninspiring. What about some proper sunshine vegetables! Fresh peppers, courgettes, local greens, grilled fish or prawns, avocado, broccoli, salad..please! Secondly, kids club, please please invest in this as it’s not currently a fulfilling place for the kids: thank you! We love coming, these are small elements in our experience which could make it so much better. We look forward to returning soon!!

Currently enjoying our last day of a fabulous stay. From the moment you arrive every member of staff have gone beyond our expectations. The suites are huge and have everything you could possibly need and more. Breakfast at Olive is a wonderful way to start the day. The evening themed buffet at NAO are a great experience. We are sad to leave but have booked to return in October, this is the first time we have booked to come back to the same hotel but I don’t think we could find a truly 5* that compares.
