Llegamos el sábado a las 9 de la noche,para darnos una ducha y cenar,con la reserva hecha y pagada desde el miércoles,y nos dicen q no tienen nuestra habitación porque han tenido una emergencia,q nos mandan a otro hotel. Cuando salimos POR SI ACASO,llamas al hotel, al q nos alojaban, q estaba 27 km,y nos dicen q no hay ninguna reserva a nuestro nombre.Volvemos d nuevo al primer hotel y nos dice q no sabe q ha pasado, pero q el si lo reservó. Hemos estado hasta las 11 d la noche,SIN CENAR, para q al final mi AGENCIA fue la q me busco alojamiento,por que el señor no encontraba nada.Las dos horas q estuvimos el señor nos echaba la culpa a nosotros,q el no tenía culpa ninguna.Nos fastidió el finde samana y la única q nos solucionó todo fue nuestra Agencia,por que este señor no hizo nadaaaa d nada.Solo puedo decir q un trato malisimo y muy poca humildad. TENER MUCHO CUIDADO CON ESTE HOTEL
