Spacious and well-kept room. Clean and tidy hotel. Check-in only took a few minutes. Check-out is pain free, just drop your key cards at the front counter drop box. Breakfast is complimentary.

Very nice property, enjoyed my stay. Housekeeping staff are always friendly and courteous. The breakfast selections were okay, but this is my second stay where the biscuits are very stale tasting and hard.

It was nice. It definitely wasn’t quiet but to be expected with a ton of people in town for state championships. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of choices.

I had booked a King Suite, the hotel has a standard king, studio king and the king suite. The receptionist claims that the system showed a king and not a suite, so I tried to show her my reservation on my phone that clearly showed the suite and she said that doesn't matter, that is not how it is in the system. She said to call the booking company. I did and waited on hold for 25 minutes and they confirmed that it was the suite and on the three priced rooms it was the highest priced. She still would not give me the room that I paid for. She had also told me that the only rooms available were on the third floor, I had several heavy trade show bags to bring in and had to lug them up since the elevators were out of service. Later I passed through the lobby and she was giving out rooms on the second floor, so another twist. The icing on the cake was that she also put me next to the stair case, so I heard people banging their bags up the stairs until 11:30 at night and again going down starting at 6 am the next morning, since the elevators did not work. Later I thought I might go into the hot tub, I went down to the pool area and the hot tub was all cloudy with a bit of green on the edges....so that was out too. I have stayed in some rough places, but I have never scored a hotel this low. The service was terrible, the elevators didn't work, the hot tub was gross, I was happy to leave the next day.

When I go there, they asked for a $250.00 deposit after already being paid for. The lady was very rude that worked the front desk at 3:30pm... I will never stay here again.

The hotel was not as clean as it should have been, with trash in the parking lot and a musty smell in the rooms and elevator.

We like staying here mostly for the hot tub down by the pool! Please keep it going. We also like the breakfast. Thank you.

Staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival. The room was spacious and clean . The bed was absolutely terrible and so uncomfortable. It was very hard and tall. So for a short adult of 5ft it was difficult to get into
