Bamboo Sapa Hotel

The front desk staff are quite friendly and enthusiastic, and there's a spacious waiting lounge. The doormen are also very attentive, helping guests open car doors and carry luggage. The cleaning staff are hardworking and thoughtful as well.

The hotel's location is great, close to the city center, and the overall interior condition and pool facilities are fantastic! Definitely go for the mountain view room; you can even see Fansipan Mountain, it's so beautiful ㅠㅠ I stayed for 3 nights and it was the best. The breakfast was also delicious. I highly recommend this place if you come to Sapa, seriously!

Only 2 out of 5 staff members at the reception can speak English, and it's quite broken. It's enough for check-in, but don't expect much help with further questions. Breakfast is decent, nothing special. The bed was comfortable, and it's a quick walk to the city center.

I was very impressed with my 2-night stay here. The standard room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The location is great and convenient for getting around. The hotel facilities are comprehensive. Most importantly, the staff provided excellent service, always smiling and cheerful, and very helpful throughout my stay. I give it a full 5-star rating in all aspects. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Sapa!

The hotel's location is very convenient. It's not far to walk to Sun Plaza, just about ten minutes. The surrounding area also has all the amenities you need. The room facilities seem clean. Only the mountain view rooms actually face the mountains; the cheaper room types are street-facing. Breakfast was decent, and the swimming pool view is really nice.
