Hôtel propre et agréable. Assez excentré mais situé proche du tramway. Salle de sport assez petite avec peu de matériel. Petit-déjeuner varié.

Haben ein Köln-Wochenende verbracht, unser Zimmer war perfekt, stilvoll und geräumig mit allem was benötigt wird, Frühstück war hervorragend und sehr gute Qualität! Personal freundlich und kompetent, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wir haben das Hotelzimmer immer wieder verlängert, weil bei uns zu Hause grad renoviert wird und wir halt nicht genau wussten, wann wir wieder nach Hause können.
 Da wurde unser Zimmer nicht wirklich gereinigt und wurde nur das Bett gemacht, weil wir drum gebeten haben und Handtücher reingestellt. Ich habe selber das Zimmer sauber gemacht, in dem ich staubgewischt habe und die Toiletten sauber gemacht habe. Es wurde nicht wirklich gewischt oder gesaugt, es lag eine Woche Dreck auf dem Boden und Staub auf dem Boden, obwohl wir ein Recht hatten, jedes Mal ein anderes Zimmer zu bekommen, weil wir jedes Mal ne neue Buchung hatten . Da wurde uns das nicht mal angeboten oder uns gefragt, bis ich das angesprochen habe Und die noch nicht mal wirklich wussten wie die da drauf reagieren sollen. Ich komme selber aus der Hotellerie und das ist eine Unverschämtheit wirklich eine Riesen Unverschämtheit. Ich habe auch Fotos gemacht und auch das der Rezeption gezeigt und der Rezeption ist, meinte auch das ist unter aller Sau. Also  es ist kein vier Sterne Haus wert

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Es hat Parkplätze, doch das rein und rausfahren ist immer etwas umständlich, da die Karte selten funktioniert und wir ständig klingeln und zur Rezeption mussten.
Das Zimmer war schön und groß, doch wurde das Beistellbett vergessen. Das wurde kurzfristig nachgeholt und es gab für das Kind ein paar Gummibärchen zum Trost. Im Hotel sind 3 Aufzüge, die aber langsam sind. Man steht ewig davor und wartet. Und wie überall, gibt es freundliche und weniger freundliche Mitarbeitende im Hotel.
Das vom Hotel angebote online Check-in hatte ich ausprobiert, doch im Hotel war anscheinend nichts hinterlegt und durfte alles nochmal ausfüllen.
Insgesamt schönes Hotel mit technischen Hindernissen durch den ganzen Aufenthalt hindurch.

Wenn wir in Köln sind, wählen wir das ameron Hotel. Es liegt nah des Zentrums, gut angebunden an den Nahverkehr. Es ist ruhig, die Betten sind bequem, daß Frühstücksbufett sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Im nahen Melaten Friedhof kann man spazieren gehen. Im Moment ist die Banksy Ausstellung fußläufig erreichbar.

価格以上に綺麗で広くてとても良かった。ただ立地的には、Köln hbfからトラムを乗り継いだりしないといけないので、少し大変なので、そこが大丈夫だったらとてもお勧めできる。
