The hotel has self-service check-in and check-out, which means there is no manual labor at all... Check-out will be automatic at 11 noon, and the door will be locked after that. Be sure to put your things away in advance. The room itself and location are very good

We had a basic room with a double bed and an en suite walk in shower. The room was spotlessly clean and perfectly located. Access details should be provided by the hotel owners. Make sure you have this or you won't get in. We didn't receive anything from the owners but we were able to phone their agent and quickly got the matter resolved.Check in is done electronically on a console in the hallway which also issues your room key.You get a bit of street noise but not excessively so.

Excellent stay and fabulous hotel. The first time we've had to check in with a machine but no problems. The room was lovely and a kitchenette a bonus. Nice to have a fridge and microwave. Would most definitely recommend and will be staying here again. Thankyou

Never again, the place was dusty, didnt get cleaned over the stay and lacked even the basic things like Toilet paper or tissues.

The room was very cozy and the location is amazing. The self check-in was convenient. The only downside was that the nights get cold and the heat doesn't get very warm but tolerable. Everything else was excellent, I would recommend this place to others.

This property is in the middle of everything.. great location very convenient for people without a car... However, it seems to me that this was a party zone. Music and people going on all night long. You're not a party people so it was a challenge for us at night trying to go to sleep wait so much noise. Read the check in instructions well before you get to the property. They don't have stuff there to help you checking in.

One pillow on the bed. One towel - luckily I packed one. No air conditioning. Close to bars — some nights were too close when they stayed open all night and it was too loud. Check-in is a nightmare since they never sent me the instructions. I also helped another lady who was stuck in lobby for 20 minutes trying to contact staff member to get access to her room

Easy booking online - check in was a little long-winded as there's no actual staff just a machine to check in, it took a few goes to get it right. Room was large, bed comfy and we even had a balcony on an unexpected upgrade. Nespresso coffee machine & 4 pods in the room were a bonus. Overlooks a lively square and is perfectly placed to explore the old town and head out for drinks/dinner. Bathroom clean and functional, quite eco-conscious as well. A free packet of plant seeds on the bed was a very nice touch. Would happily stay here again if we were in Cologne.
