DO NOT STAY - This is the most disgusting place I have ever been to. Room was filthy, smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke and felt unsafe. We spoke with Sara in reception and her response was, “if you don’t like it, you can leave”. We did leave.

Room smelled heavily of smoke, even though it was supposed to be a nonsmoking room! Toilet did not flush correctly and tub backed up with water while taking a shower. Mirror on wall was filthy and someone wrote “please clean me” on it. Room was overall dirty!

Property was very dirty, the transportation that was offered by the hotel was late arriving to pick us up to take us to the port.

We will never stay here again! It took them an hour to get us checked in. The ladies behind the counter moved like a sloth. After we were settled in our room, they assigned another family to the same room they gave us. I can go on and on, but I won't. This place should be renamed "The Flea Bag Inn by Wyndham!

This property was disgusting!!!! Never in my life have I ever seen a property this gross. Stains on the sheets, the smell of a wet basement, dirty dirty dirty! Stay far away!

Desperately needs updating. Carpet fraying holes in walls huge gap around doors curtains have holes. Beds were comfortable staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was nice but it was too cold to use.

The hotel was nasty there was holes in the wall The rings on the tub and toilethe was rusty the lamps was broken the bad frame broken I guess I get what I paid for.

The hotel is showing its age. I found that it was listed as non smoking. This has probably been a recent change as evidence of smell is still in carpeting and paint. Unfortunately it caused an allergic reaction.
