It was very clean had all I needed for traveling for work. Location is great in between Salt Lake City and Park City. I would stay here again.

Overall it was ok for the price. The bed was not comfortable and the sheets and pillowcases were dirty.

Easy 60 minute drive from Salt Lake City
Easy 30 minute drive to Park City
Gas station and little store next door
Not many restaurants in the little town of Coleville, we found pizza and Subway, so be prepared for that

Staff responsive and friendly. Decent breakfast. We stayed 4 nights and only had housekeeping service once though. Good and free parking.

We stayed here during Sundance. While it's out of town and away from the festival action -- which we liked very much -- it's a third of the cost of the cheapest Park City accommodation. Save your money for PC dining (you'll need it) and stay at this super comfortable and convenient property.

The only thing I would say needs to be changed is the state of the equipment in the fitness center. The treadmill will not balanced and the exercise bike seat was hazardous. I was adjusting the seat to my preference and the seat fell hard on my thumb. The staff was excellent in helping me get a bandaid, antibiotic oin**ent and ice.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was adequately clean. The TV had 2 vertical lines show if you wanted to watch something it was SUPER annoying. The continental breakfast was pretty limited and several of us were waiting for restocking at 8:25AM even though it closed at 9AM. Dark parking lot and limited parking.

Everything perfect. I love the 24 hrs pool, Jacuzzi, coffee and juice. Full breakfast and clean. Employees are friendly. Quiet place . Love it
