Overall good experience. Reasonable price and great service. Location was convenient, close to target and some local shopping area. We took the bus to downtown New York which takes approximately 45 min, wasn’t bad. Would recommend it

Location was great! It was clean! The breakfast was good some hotel breakfast is not good and this place was on point! Pool was the only thing that was closed

The room was not bad, but the sink in the bathroom was full of water and the water in the toilet was very slow. The waitress at the front desk had a bad attitude. She never smiled and didn't reply when I asked her how she was. The male waiter was pretty good and very enthusiastic.

On a good note, We enjoyed the amenities such as pool and gym, and the fact that they include a hot breakfast is a plus. On the other hand, the front desk staffs weren’t friendly at all, they rather made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming, and this isn’t what you would expect from hotel staffs. They didn’t even greet upon entering the building. The male staff with tattoo on his neck rather made us feel intimidated more than anything, and he was a bit rude. I am surprised that the level of customer service is below average at this hotel.

La Quinta was a perfect one night stay for my boyfriend and I. We spent the day at the American Dream mall and needed a place to stay for the night before heading home to CT. We booked last minute and had an enjoyable stay. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. Lots of families also staying at the same time as us. Looks like the kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Breakfast was simple and filling as well.

The hotel was quiet. It was nice to have the attached red robbin next door...however if you got your room key but went to eat before heading up to your room you would miss the opportunity to know that they offered 10% off if you showed your room key (this happened to us).
They had great breakfast options and the dining area staff were very attentive. We received a courtesy 12om checkout which was very helpful. I would definitely book here again!

It's okay, the only bad thing is that you are close to the route and you can hear the noise of the cars passing by and that is very annoying, you can't sleep

Old and outdated, the bathroom is tiny and the toilet seats super low. Lots of road noise. Not so good breakfast. Okay for the value I guess.
