AAmandaThe hotel is relatively close to the dormitory in the west of ous, within walking distance, there is a big supermarket next to it, and it is as convenient as a shopping mall. There are two buildings in the hotel, both of which are two-story houses surrounding the parking lot. They live on the first floor with a parked car at the door. Yinwq is not a hotel-like elevator building. It feels bad. I booked for two nights and only stayed for one. Late, wasted one night's room fee and went to another hotel.
GGuest UserPerfect hotel for a weekend get away. Within walking distance to the nationwide arena, which is where we saw a concert at. It was nice not having to fight for parking! The weather was perfect so we were able to sit out that night by the fire pit and relax. We ordered food from the restaurant. An amazing burger! 10/10 recommend. I will say, the only negative was the AC wasn’t the best even with it turned down as low as it would go, it was still stuffy
We picked this property and location based on an event over the weekend. We'd had luck with other Hampton Inns and thought this would be good too. Pros: Near Dublin area and I-270 to access downtown and such. Lots of shopping and eating around this hotel. Check in was quick and parking not an issue. The room had lots of outlets for charging gadgets. Cons: Bathroom wasn't really clean (shower floor dirty and rust stains on the inside), no exhaust fan, hair dryer was greasy feeling, no stationary or local guides in the room to read/use, window shade was broken and off the track, breakfast one morning was really bad and the kitchen is a bit cramped when several people want to enter. Lastly the front desk rep was busy scrolling on her phone and didn't notice me until I goth her attention. All-in-all, it was good for what we needed but really lacked why we chose it over other properties.
GGuest UserHandicap accessible room: A little disappointed: security latch was completely broken off; shower curtain was to short and water would splash out onto floor; shower floor around wall was old and brown looking from either age and/improper cleaning/ shower seat, when folded up was just dirty looking; overall, it is a little outdated and the room just didn’t feel or look clean.
Also, breakfast opens at 7:30 am! We needed to be on the road before breakfast is even an option! Not good for those who stay at this hotel for during the week and have time commitments! This was a big negative for us.
My friend and I went to Hillard, OH for a Red Hat Society event. Neither of us had ever stayed at a Country Inn. This place was wonderful. Room was very clean, beds comfortable. breakfast was fine. When we checked out the gentleman taking care of the breakfast area took our keys. We went out loaded the car and was ready to leave when he came out, approached our car and said ”Something made me go check your room, is this yours? It was a small necklace, the last gift her husband had bought her. We will definitely stay there the next time we go to that area.
WweihuaThe hotel is close to the airport, and there is a free car to pick up and drop off the airport. Clean and tidy, and the room is quite big. There are many places to eat in the surrounding area, as well as gas stations, parking is free, it is recommended to stay
GGuest UserI never make complaint but because this was such a bad experience! One of the worst I've ever had! I've always heard that Hilton hotels were so nice. This hotel was so run down, examples: the letters and numbers are rewritten on with sharpie and what looks like fingernail polish, because they had fallen off all over the place, there's MANY patches of wall work from previous holes all over the rooms and some arent even painted over, the carpet peeling up, a lot of things didn't work like some of the outlets in the room, the ice machines (on two floors), the faucet had a constant drip, furniture was scuffed up, the walls all over the building were scuffed and marked up, outside the building was lots of trash, and the elevator wasn't working. They also upcharged us when we arrived without explanation as a sort of deposit if anything happened to the room. We payed a good amount of money to stay at this runned down hotel, then we weren't even allowed to have the complimentary breakfast which is completely insane. Breakfast is not complimentary for every customer, just some? I've never seen this before and I've stayed at many hotels and I'll NEVER stay at one of your hotels ever again. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. It looked more like the motel 6 next door than a Hilton.
Aalicia oBoth beds are broken in my double room horrible to sleep on Broken Springs. None of the staff seems to speak English well or if they do they don't like to act like they do. They want to force you to eat breakfast in the breakfast room and not allow you to even leave the building with a small plate if you have not ate yet in the mornings seems kind of controlling I understand not bringing food to the room but leaving the building should be a different thing.. fridge constantly drops water onto all my food I put in it. Broken **** pipes outside on the sidewalk.
LLIYANVery pertinent evaluation, the external environment is okay, but the room is very depressive, not ventilated, and the smell of the door is heavy. The indoor furnishings are relatively old, this is normal and acceptable, but the hotel’s hygiene really needs to be improved. The first room arranged by the hotel has hair and small nuts on the sheets, and the bedside tables are also very dirty. Let the front desk at the back. Changed the room, the hotel is not recommended.
