Excellent all round would highly recommend very clean modern the service was excellent very easy to get to nothing was too much trouble and the food was amazing we will definitely be staying here again

Can’t understand any complaints here. The only one thing I can fault is that there is the odd bit of decor and tiling that need attention in my room (409). The location is great and public transport is brilliant, buy a T-Casual card for 11.20 and thats 10 journeys on most transport systems, just ask at the airport, no need for expensive transfers. I came here to visit friends and dj a couple of private parties in both Barcelona and Calella so I was in a perfect location. All the staff were super friendly and offered better service than some 5 star places I have stayed in. I speak Spanish a little bit all staff speak English too. I was here for 4 nights and it only cost me about £140. If you just want a simple, no hassle place to stay with basic features to use as a base then I can happily recommend this place and I will happily stay here again. It’s clean enough, very friendly and close to everything and what you save by staying here you can spend on other things. I cannot vouch for the other rooms but I was well happy with mine and again, all the staff were lovely.

Excellent on paper, excellent at arrival Qd I read some com, I don't understand Personal of reception, room, resto etc ... all very careful. Nickel room (liter, service etc ...) as on site , very nice top roof, SPA on affordable booking Small negative points: private parking is up (18e/j) and a little low soundproof (room doors are very heavy! ) All within 10 minutes walk from the entrance of the metro or train station. Acces to the centre of Barcelona. In a full-created neighborhood with a beautiful walk on the Marina

We chose this hotel based on price and local transport accessibility. The hotel is located in 2 adjacent building. The main (older) building is ok but the one in the back of the cafeteria has newer accomodation and a/c and heating provided by individual units which is excellent compared to the older building that has a central system that changes from summer to winter. With climate change and 30°C in november, we are able to use a/c in the new part of the hotel. The hotel has a terrasse with table and chairs just between the cafeteria and the newer building. The room are standard size with one double or 2 single beds. The bathroom is small but well set. Spain being a very noisy country, I was surprised to hear very little noise from the inside and outside of the hotel. Well insulated windows. Some rooms have 4 beds. Metro Artigues (line 2) is 7 minutes away and a bus can take you about 150 mtrs from the subway just by taking an M26 or a B14 bus across the street from the hotel. There is hotel cafeteria but just behind there are a very good choice of restaurants on Avinguda de Catalunya. We are still here until Nov 4th when we will board a ship. The employees are all nice but being understood in English can be a challenge if you dont speak Spanish. A special thank you to Alan at reception who is always there to help. Nevertheless they do their best to accomodate your requests. Also, 2 laundromats at less than 5 minutes walking from the hotel. All in all it is an excellent value with a lot of services in the hotel or nearby. We will certainly be back.

To crammed, 20 cm between wall and bed, but fusebox wallmounted in same spot. Used to no duvet when in south europe, but then at least a quilt wrapped in a sheet. Here nothing at all, perhaps ment to bring own sleeping bag? Beed is cheap from start and properly never was comfortable, but totally worn out. Room was freezing Cold, not possible to adjust temperature, blocked by steel plate on purpose. Had to sleep with clothes on and thus got a cold. Door to balcony blocked on purpuse (handle removed and replaced with note ”Blocked”) turning room into a firetrap. Bathroom sink leaking to floor, based on the looks of floor this is not a recent damage. Wallmounted TV has the size of an ipad, useless. No noise insulation, what happens in other rooms / other floors is also part of your journey: I could live with the couple ********** but the group of young drunks returning at 3:30 was a bit anoing. At 5 am the shops start to get grocerys and trash are removed. You get the joy of it all. Reception should open at 9, was closed. Phoned the emergency number, a very drowsy young man turned up and opened reception, i bet he was among the group of drunks from last night. I checked out after one night and lost 4 prepaid nights. I suggest that you book elsewhere,

Best Location, Best Staff, Thank you!, I’ll definitely come back for my next stay. Good for bussiness or leisure at affordable prices, the hotel also has many facilites for meetings if needed. I also enjoyed the food very much

In would like to strongly recommend “Catalonia Hotel & resorts property” in Barcelona, Spain. Not only the location is very strategic: close to the Westfield Maquinista Mall outlet, Metro Red line & bus. The Front desk & Housekeeping departments are very welcoming, super accommodating, attentive, upbeat & all have customer care training. Mario, Sergui, Jordi, Linda & Khadija were excellent & very friendly when it comes to directions, recommendations & options I apologize for those I missed the names as the property has really standards,Teamwork concepts & extra customer care approach. Having come from the Hospitality field before, I can see that they are all highly trained in taking initiatives to make their guests happy & accommodate their stay. The facility has a restaurant, bar, pool, fitness center, elevator, a Spa & fully a staffed desk. The room cleanliness, design & lighting were impeccable.

The worst experience, that I have ever made in terms of reliability, customer support and seriousness. In the rental contract with micampus it is stated that the deposit fee, which you need to pay has to be paid back inbetween 90 days after the termination of the contract. Me and many other students have moved out in January or February already and are fighting for our money since then. We have been trying to call, email and message micampus on different ways and either they will not respond at all or they will tell you that they are working on the issue for weeks without doing anything. I first contacted micampus because of this in the first week of June and since then they are keeping me and other students on the long lesh. We are currently more than 20 students that are fighting for a way to see our money again and this should be a BIG warning sign for everybody that is thinking about moving to micampus Barcelona in the future. Despite this, the area around micampus is unsafe during the night and the maintenance inside the building is horrible. It took them 8 weeks to change my faulty fridge, at times the electricity doesn't work and many other issues have occured during my 6 months stay.

The hotel has been recently built to a great standard and is impressive. Very convenient location with excellent road and public transit links. Fresh, young staff will go out of their way to make your stay memorable. It has a nice rooftop restaurant with a bigger-than-average swimming pool and amazing views over the city and the sea, and a heartwarming breakfast. Definitely my go-to place in Barcelona!
