本來一切都非常好。這個酒店的優點是①位置，周邊吃的很多，對面就是商場很熱鬧，在區政府旁邊有超沖站充電樁多，②房間跟全季系列一樣正常乾淨，值得表揚的是空調工作有效，並且床上用的是薄被子，這一點很多酒店都做得不好，大熱天還放皇后都冬被。所以昨天睡得很不錯。最後要説一下這個酒店最令人奇怪而且非常讓人不高興的一個事。上午十一點四十分酒店前台打電話到房間問我們續步續住，我説我們馬上要離店的，不過現在在整理東西可能會需要半小時，我想跟他們説了希望推遲一點大概最晚一點鐘前可以離店。然後這位前台説：“延遲的話，一小時收費30，超過12點整舊開始計費，你去看看訂單上面寫了，昨天你們入住的時候也説過了。”我説入住的時候沒人跟我説過這個，另外我們住其他全季或者甚至人家五星級酒店也可以商量延遲一兩個小時離店的。這位前台説不行就是不行，付錢可以 一個小時三十。我生氣了，跟她説沒有你們這樣態度對待客人的，生硬趕人，沒錢別住的態度，這還是全季嗎？然後她説，最多給你30分鐘，之後開始算錢。這麼噁心都態度我們也是呆不下去，本來就是要走的，不如早走少在這裏受人氣。今後我們也不來住了。對面的莫林酒店也可以去，很近的維也納酒店也很不錯。這家全季服務態度太拉胯了。自我感覺很**，是客人欠他們的。晚來不退錢（昨天晚上大概我們六點鐘到的）晚走一分鐘就開始計費。我下樓辦理離店手續的時候反應這個事情，接待的人説不是她不過她們這樣講是符合規定的沒錯，問她剛剛誰聯繫問的她一開始不肯説，在我堅持詢問之下，她是聯繫我的人是何小姐。其他方面我都點評五分鐘，服務這一項應該是負分零分。

酒店外觀和大堂看着還是比較的高級感，進房間裏面也高級，乾淨，有地毯。但是衞生間可能就不那麼可可觀了！這個酒店開業應該也比較久了，設施設備相對於比較的老舊。但是價格便宜，性價比很高。
